Cons -
- Do not book the Standard Suite. It is not worth the money. This is old and not remodeled. Also the AC was not working properly and I had to use both the fan and the AC to sleep at night. At check out I was asked to pay an OPTIONAL and additional fee of 10% of the entire value as a tip for the employees working at the hotel. Of course this is optional, but 10 % is really high and I felt uncomfortable being asked this, as it never happened to me at any hotel I have ever stayed before.

- Because we booked in the last minute, we got a not renewed room, the floor was made with dark gray tiles and had furniture with dark color giving to the room a dark aspect, also the AC isn't working properly and very noisy for kids and babies.

the doors to the balcony only have shutters so all night the air would come in the room and blow on the curtains. you could hear every noise because the doors.the pool was very cold.
The staff was great, always trying to help and being very kind. The facilite provides towels, beach chairs, and a transfer to the beach which was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had good options with affordable prices for the amount of food for one individual plate. The room was simple but comfortable with AC. Be careful with mosquitos specially if you are allergic, the facilite provides mosquito repellent for the room though. With concern to the COVID the staff was really careful about the mask use, but when we arrived they didn’t check our body temperature neither during our stay. Is a good place to stay and worth the price I’ve payed.
