Ai Pozzi Village & SPA

The only thing we really liked was the activities team by the pool. These were very nice, friendly and engaging people which our kids also liked very much!

1. The staff at the reception and the catering manager were not customer oriented at all!2. The apartment was missing some basic stuff like pool towels, kitchen towels, not enough toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner3. I would also expect an apartment to have an oven, dishwasher and a coffee machine4. Inconvenient location since there were no restaurants, supermarkets or stores in a walking distance5. The dinner and breakfast buffet was way under what I would expect from Italian standards. Very disappointing!

Breakfast was great with all the option from sweet to savory. Room had a small kitchen with all the necessary equipment so you could prepare anything you wanted in there. Pool was awesome and the gym was good too. Small football (4vs4) pitch, beach volley court and padel court. Overall what a great place to spend your holidays with plenty to do also in the hotel area.

Gym has everything what you need to perform a good exercise, but maybe it is time update the gym overall appearance.

Expensive and disappointing stay

Our room - especially the kitchen facilities - seemed very worn. The kitchen doors hung and the hobs on the stove only worked one at a time.Some kind of shielding on the terrasse would have been lovely - instead everything was very open and not private at all, and the sun was way to strong making it impossible to stay there in the daytime.

The shower needs a very good scrub with bleach. A few dark stains arpund the tiles and the shower door.

We liked the the whole property

We had a room on ground floor so it was noisy - we could hear people coming and leaving the building.The spa area where were saunas was dark.Breakfast was average - simple things, nothing exceptional, personally was missing fresh fruits

The Swimming pool

The assignement of the room, not in line with the pictures linked to the selected room type. Situation managed by changing tue room after complaints.

The resort is nice, the appartment is big enough, well equipped and has a nice view.

No room service at all, if you choose the appartment: no extra toilet paper, not cahanging the towels, no garbage bags or taking the garbage.

Same with the GymA decorator is needed asap. Parking MUST be free. Water bottles 1,5L/day per person MUST be complimentary and in the room

Room size and balcony were fine. Facilities offered a lot but mostly geared towards large groups.

The beds were not comfortable. The breakfast could have been more fresh. Our apartment was not offered daily cleaning service, which I found odd. There was a lack of customer service; for example, when we asked for coffee from the bar’s espresso machine (next to the restaurant), rather than the cheap kind from the machine, our request was denied because it was “closed”. Cleaning service was not provided, as stated in the rules for apartment rentals, and the fee for pets was a bit high. When I asked for late check-out (an hour or two), my request was again denied as there might be “incoming reservations” that evening. This was off-season and the hotel was half empty. Just seemed like the hotel was geared towards large groups and not families or individuals.

The swimming pool was already closed. The city tax had to be paid separately and was not included in the price of booking.

An amazing hotel. I've book appartments with kitchen so I didn't use the brekfast and dinner. The swimming pool is big, the restorant and terittory beautiful. The room was clear and really comfortable.

It would be perfect to have salt, kitchen towel and fairy in the appartment.

Excellent resort. Never experienced anything like it in Italy. Everything is perfect. Can't fault it. The 2 bedroom apartment was amazing. It's super clean and so accessible. My dad has difficulty walking, and it was very easy for him to move about. The staff at reception are so nice and helpful. We couldn't try the restaurant, but it looked amazing. The bar service is awesome, too. 10/10 I will be back . Feels so luxury.

Internet was very low and room cleaning was very bad.

The pools and rooms. They do a good job with cleaning.Also, the spa and the lady over there was really nice.

The property doesn’t justify the money!! We were lucky enough to eat outside before dinner. The dinner was really bad with limited options. You feel like in a canteen and not restaurant. Also, the bar and restaurant really needs a makeover for this money they are taking!

Leaving a day early

Where to start? 1. We paid - up front - for a room with a balcony. We did not get one. 2. When we arrived, we first got the message that we had to leave our passports behind in an open cabinet - when we refused, at first they would not give us our key - while we already paid.3. The pool was way smaller and less pretty than on the pictures AND you HAD to wear a cap - which you had to pay for.4. Music was on every day, and every night, very loud until 23.30 at the least.5. The shower head in our bathroom was bigger than the shower itself - leaving the room wet.6. When we complained we got an 'upgrade', which was basically the room we originally paid for. So not really an upgrade.7. In the new room the sink got blocked.8. Breakfast buffet: only sweet stuff or white bread rolls.9. Dinner - no vegetarian options whatsoever and really pricey.And many other things.We ended up leaving a day early because of all this.
