The hotel seems nice, but the room we got was unacceptable und shouldn?t be given to hotel guests

We were put in a windowless prison cell like room on the ground floor behind the staff and cleaning establishments. It smelled awful from bleach, chlorine and other chemicals. The hotel seemed to have plenty nice rooms, but they wouldn?t let us switch

After a poor experience for 2 nights at a different accommodation, my party of 6 decided to relocate here to 2 triple rooms. It was lovely and the right decision! We were able to check into our rooms within 30 min after bookingFriendly customer service, clean rooms within functional heaters (it was January), great location, beautiful inner courtyard & rooftop, & decent breakfast at a reasonable price. Tiny things like USB charger outlets and good coffee also stood out. I’m surprised it’s listed as 1-star on Booking.com. I’d say it’s in the 2/3 star range

Likely not their fault but we asked for help to call 2 taxis that never came. We walked instead with luggage & kids but missed our train

Very nice, large triple room with clean bathroom. Great location yet on a quiet street. Very close to parking garage. Good breakfast. Certainly the facility deserves more than a one star hotel. Prices are quite reasonable too.

The location was central enough for our plans. Parking garages were close enough to be convenient.

While they do have breakfast, the location downstairs was less than ideal. While I understand the way the building is built, the breakfast area was cold and drafty. Even though we sat in the room off to the side, it was not comfortable.

Lovely small hotel in an old traditional building on a narrow cobbled street with rooms around a central courtyard. Great location near the cathedral and ocean promenade. Rooms fresh and bright. Wonderful breakfast. About a 15 minute walk from bus station. Make sure you go see the view from the roof terrace.

Front rooms can get some noise from the street below which may bother some.

Our stay was truly pleasant! The hotel is charming, very comfortable, and perfectly located. The breakfast was excellent and very complete. What really stood out was the staff: everyone was extremely kind and genuinely willing to help. A special mention to Mila, who served us during breakfast with such warmth and a constant smile. She made our morning even better. Highly recommend this place!

I love this hotel and most of the personnel are kind and extremely friendly but one front desk clerk was a bite rude and condescending. Manners and curtesy must be kept at all times with travelers whether or not you agree with the traveler. There was one front desk clerk who forgot she was addressing travelers who ask questions. Aside from that one little drawback, every else regarding the hotel was perfect! We will stay here again.

The staff was great and was in a good central point in the old town. Close to a lot of great restaurants.

The pictures shown show rooms with windows. I got a room with basically no windows. (One glossed over window looking into the hotel. No natural light. A very cave like feel. I did not like this or expect it. Then, at night, the whole room was brightly illuminated with artificial light that did not let me or my daughter sleep well. The AC unit was extremely bright. Add the exit light by the door, the bathroom exit light, and the blinking smoke doctor, and it was impossible to sleep. I had to take the key out so the AC would trun off, which was, obviously, also not convenient. I had to wait for my daughter to fall asleep to then get up again and turn the AC back on. It's was very annoying. Then, in the morning, we could hear all the noises from the breakfast, the maids cleaning, and the pipes from other people in the shower. I did not sleep well at all, and this was not a cheap hotel. Although the staff was great, unfortunately, I would not recommend the hotel.

Room was smaller than it seemed in pictures, but clean and silent.

The staff were lovely. The location was great - just a short walk to everywhere.

A bit disappointed with the 'balcony' which was tiny and not one where we could sit out as we had expected to do, but the rest of the room was lovely though.

Very clean (especially the floors!) and full of authentic Cádiz charm. I also liked the many mirrors in the room — a nice touch.

The hotel is very well located, a few meters from the city center but in a quiet place. Breakfast offers many tasty and healthy options. The room is comfortable and clean, with good quality sheets as well as bath towels. The staff is very polite and friendly.
