    • For me having the Spa amenities was key, cleanliness on point. and having someone at the front desk at all times.

    • The location and roof top terrace view

    Cons -

    • That I called front desk to get the number to order and they failed to tell me that room service is not delivered until after 2pm
    • Maybe more tv channels and a tv that support usb would be a good improvement
    • Internally hotell looks out of date and could use a renovation. The breakfast was bit disappointing, not worth the money.

    Location

I paid more money than I usually pay for accommodations because they had a hot tub and sauna, thinking that it was included in the price. When we got there around 2pm, the receptionist saw that we were tired from traveling. He took advantage of that by telling us that our room is not ready yet and that it should be ready in 1-2 more hours. But if we wanted a room that was ready we can upgrade for €25 more. Most hotels offer a free upgrade if it is their fault the room is not ready, not this one. Being tired from traveling since 10am we agreed. The room was alright, nothing special. I don't pay to stay in the room/hotel all day when on holiday. Just as long as it is not disgusting and covered in mold, I don't really care. That is why I was really surprised that they wanted an extra €35 a person to use their facilities, just for an hour. I paid double what I usually pay for accommodations thinking that the hot tub and sauna were included in the price. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the location is in the city center and they had a nice lobby. I would suggest staying somewhere else. We will definitely not be returning

    Location and breakfast

    Construction works during my stay

The location was fantastic!Room was ok but very dated and a little grubby round the edges. Needs updating.Breakfast was ok but spread out in different areas , strange! The pool is very small and on the roof. We did expect this. However If you want refreshments there you must pay a service charge of 6 Euros'!No parking for large cars but there is a public car park very close.

The rooms and bathrooms. Towels bit old. It's just a bit tired.

breakfast was excellent, frontdesk staff was great, gave us a good recommendation for dinner

room was very small, facilities were rather old, elevator to parking lot not working, expensive parking

    10JenniferPosted on: 8-28-2025

Beautiful, clean, and quiet. Perfect location!

Only that the fan in the room didn’t work.

We were excited to return for a second year to the hotel. We had two rooms next to each other off a corridor which made me feel safe not having my teenage children in the same room.Pool and sunbeds always avialble and never very busy.Like the freshly made omelette in the morning. The staff are very friendly and helpfulRooms were cleaned each day.

The items available for breakfast had reduced this year and some of the items did not look fresh. There were dirty plates which felt there was not so much care and attention.

Good location, comfortable beds, good breakfast, nice pool and rooftop terrace on top

A bit worn down hotel, room furniture is very basic, elevator is in really bad condition, coffee at breakfast is not very good.

    6ElimarPosted on: 6-13-2025

I just feel the rooms felt old. Smelled humidity. The only good thing was the spa. Breakfast was good too and good costumer service

    10IgorPosted on: 4-28-2025

Comfortable beds.Good breakfast.Very close to secure underground parking (Canalejas). (3 min walk)

    Not a thing

    8DavidPosted on: 4-18-2025

Good size room for family. Good location. Comfy beds. Pool circuit in spa is great. Buffet breakfast was ok.

Lift intermittently didn't work. We were hot in the room but couldn't switch on AC as the whole hotel is either heated or cooled.

    9AndreaPosted on: 4-11-2025

The hotel is well placed in the old town , a walking distance from the train station, port, even aprox 15 min to the beach. It s suranded by teraces, restaurants, and shops.

    9MariaPosted on: 4-8-2025

Location, room and breakfast were excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

In Room 226, the internet connection was very poor and at times, it was imposible to watch TVE1.

    7DavidPosted on: 4-5-2025

Very bad TV service, wanted to watch the football in TVE1 with the kids and signal not stable even being the main terrestrial channel. The casting service on the TV also not working

    8JoannePosted on: 3-22-2025

Great location as we arrived from the ferry , very close

Our room over looked the square , very noisy , shouting and talking until 4.30am then the bin collection , hardly slept a wink .

    8JuliaPosted on: 3-18-2025

Easy access to Cadiz easy to get to.

I think the spa should be included in the price of the stay even if it was slightly more expensive.I would have used it more than once. Also they must know what their busy times are like 2pm checkin time, they need to have more than one person on reception at that time. We were hot and bothered and just wanted to get to our rooms.
