We were charged $10 to check in an hour half early

The room was large. The staff was pleasant and professional. The place was quiet.

The window with the view of the ocean would work great for a prison cell not a hotel that boasts ocean views. Super disappointed at the view of the hotel! Breakfast area was hard to get to and super cramped. Not a pleasant experience

Very clean and it was amazing to walk out of the hotel to see the amazing beach view

No air conditioning in hall ways but it’s Spain so no where really has air conditioning in the hall ways

Absolutely perfect location, right on the beach. Very quiet for sleep.

Lovely welcoming clean hotel. Easy check in, professional helpful staff. Got upgraded at no extra cost. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Overlooking beach. Loads of bars and restaurants very close. Supermarket close too. Parked in public underground car park just around the corner with excellent security.

A beautiful hotel with incredible sea views. It’s in the new part of city so quite far from the old town (20 min bus ride). The trade off is kms of beach at your door that is much quieter than around La Caleta.

Paid parking on the premises €20, but free parking on the street if you can find parking.

Parking is narrow to enter and leave, could be dangerous.

Reception couldnt find our reservation (was last minute). Lifts are outdated. Clients ordering take out food and leaving waste in corridor - cant stand this nor the odour it leaves.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and let us check in very early. The breakfast was good as well and they have private parking which is very convenient.
