Cons -
- At first I couldn't figure out how to use the air conditioner in my room because of the language (the instructions were in Spanish), but the desk clerk came to my room and very nicely showed me how to use it.
- The yapping dog in the next room. The shower didn't hold steady so it watered the floor. No coffee for the kettle and the tea wasn't replaced.

Everything was correct and smooth. Check-in was quick, and the location is beautiful — right in the old town, with everything within walking distance. Very convenient for exploring Cádiz.
However, we would not recommend the parking garage suggested by the property. The man working there behaved very unprofessionally and in a completely non-tourist-friendly way. When we arrived, he spoke English normally, but when we were leaving and he created a problem with the prepaid parking ticket, he suddenly refused to speak English at all. I was with two children, and his attitude made the situation uncomfortable. So definitely avoid that garage. Also, if you’re traveling with young children, be aware that the ground floor hosts frequent gatherings and dinners, and the noise can be heard in the rooms until late in the evening.
A charming small hotel in the Old Quarter with an active cafe and lovely room/hotel features
The room was spacious, super cute and very clean. The shower had very good pressurenl, They had a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in the room. The location was excellent.
The rooftop bar is great, but the "bartender" would give you anything but what you asked for... they don't do any type of cocktails so you have to order by the straight type of alcohol and even if you asked a specific brand that was right there in the shelf he would just serve you whatever he wanted... we didn't fight it, he wasn't the most friendly or helpful of person so we let it go to the moment... obviously not completely lol. Please get an actual bartender up there! He just killed the vibe.
Outstanding and friendly staff. Staff was very helpful with finding a place to park our van as they have no onsite parking. Rooms were great and the AC worked almost too good. Location was great for walking around town. Milkshakes at the attached restaurant were wonderful. Breakfast was also great.
Breakfast wasn't included but the restaurant next door had a good and reasonable breakfast. They wanted us to check-in online but difficult to do from my phone but the check-in when we got there was quick. Really no complaints at all.
I like this hotel in general, it is not my first stay here Location, vibe, staff, cleanliness. Room size was also great and comfy. But this time we got a bad room. NEVER BOOK A HABITACIÓN INTERIOR! You won't be able to rest if anyone is taking a shower or flushes the toilet at midnight or early morning.
Impossible to sleep if any of the neighbours is taking a shower. Worst night ever!!! The pipes are shouting through the paper walls. Never in my life experienced such a loud night and dawn, and believe me, I slept in cheap hostels above parties and bars when I was travelling solo. Either fix those pipes and paper walls or state on your booking page the issue of the inside/interior rooms. I booked this hotel confidently because I have stayed in one of your twin rooms 3 times and loved it. Didn't know about these other, shitty rooms before.
Helpful staff, well located, clean classic hotel suite.
On the smaller size of hotel rooms, but good enough for us (we stayed for only 1 night)
Staff were very friendly and helpful.Location was excellent and is the old part of Cadiz.
The location was very good, we were very central and could walk everywhere, yet rooms were calm.our room with a private terrace was very spacious and the value of the hotel for the price paid was very good.
A bit outdated rooms, but ok clean and good value for money
Everything, the presents, clean, location is central but quiet. It was clean and comfortable.
Location, building, staff
Very small fridge. Tea but no coffee in the room
Close to the water and activities, with a view.
No complaints
I love the hotel's location. We were pleasantly surprised when we found a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in the room.
The mini-refrigerator in the room could have been bigger.
Old world charm in the heart of Cadiz, very clean rooms tastefully decorated. Typical andalusian central patio with direct access to a traditional café. The rooftop bar. You can reach the hotel in the old town only on foot, no noisy street in front.
Nothing. Some people mentioned street noise. There is no street, only a pedestrian pathway. The early morning trash collection is only for minutes and not really an annoyance.
Quiet room in a central location. Reception was helpful Pleasant rooftop outdoor area.
Would have liked an extra comforter.
Wonderful old building, perfect spot in the old streets of Cadiz, lovely room with very nice staff.
Great location and very friendly staff. Rooftop terrace was lovely for drinks in the evening.
Location fabulous for walking around Old Town Cadiz. Staff were very helpful allowing me to drop my luggage earlier than checkin. Even recieved welcome wine and birthday greetings with chocolate
Everything was perfect
