Loved the location, no complaints

Clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of Cadiz. Walkable everywhere in the center.

Quiet and impersonal. Nice clean room, lovely ladies who thoroughly clean the room daily, ir was situated opposite a lovely restaurant which serves food all day. Room was fitted with central heating and tv worked well.

Unable to get a meal in the hotel at 19.10. No offer even of breakfast until I asked. Breakfast was €12.50 per day which I thought was expensive. I think the reception staff should be pro-active rather than reactive.

Beautiful location, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Comfortable rooms modern bathrooms, good public rooms.

there was a smell in the bathroom, we left the bathroom window open, the BR door to the room closed, but still when you enter the bathroom it smelled very bad.Breakfast was not good at all, no hot buffet, no eggs. When we asked for eggs they gave us an almost stoned/frozen boiled egg tasting sour and funny.

The location of the hotel is superb. The rooms were very clean. The staff are nice. Since I had to go to the airport before the breakfast time, they even packed it for me. That was really nice of them.

The room is ver small, but that is okay. The only problem was that the shower room have no full partition. The water will definitely sprinkled outside the partition and have to be very careful.

Perfect location. The plaza is nice and busy at night, very nice vibe of city. Staff is great, facilities are clean.

Loved have a good sized room, balcony, light, fridge, kettle, excellent reading lamps. Prefer not paper cups for hot drinks. Good breakfast, helpful reception (assisting with directions, getting taxis, printing documents).

Instructions with shower, maybe. I hadn’t seen such apparatus before.

We stayed at the Hotel de Francía y Paris for our first trip to Cádiz. We wanted to be in a central location, and this hotel was perfect. It's easily walkable to the entire old part of the city, it's situated on a gorgeous plaza with many restaurants. Our room had a beautiful view, and we thought it was the perfect place to stay for our weekend.

Spacious rooms , big bathroom, good wardrobe space , two balcony doors which open onto a small balcony overlooking the square below . Nice to watch the world go by and capture the atmosphere. Very clean and great location.

I liked location and clean hotel, room. Proper taking care of facilities. Just sink was blocked and main doors were noisy but I told to cleaner about it.
