Hotel Monte Puertatierra

Good levels of space and comfort. Good location for the beach and the old town.

Only minor issue was not being able to get into Netflix in the TV package - when it looked like it should be accessible. As I say a minor issue but at an earlier stay in a budget hotel Netflix was available.

Beautiful hotel- minutes from the beach.

I thought a beach front hotel would have beach chairs for use. (My assumption) Seemed odd to have to go to a bodega and purchase them for a two day stay.

The staff of the hotel was amazing-helpful, friendly and made the stay comfortable!

It is very close to the center of Cadiz. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There are no Ubers in Cadiz but the staff helped me book a Taxi back to the airport. The Breakfast had everything..eggs, bacon, cheese, yogurts and fruits. The room was very comfortable and clean.

No parking and fuses jumped out and lost electricity

Room: was very spacious, modern, clean. King size bed. Staff: was nice and helpful. Parking: If hotel's own parking is full, there is a convenient parking facility nearby. Possible to stop in front of hotel to unload luggage. Hotel location: just a few steps from the beach, and about 20 min by foot (walking along the beach) to the old town (Plaza de San Juan de Dios, Plocia, Catedral, etc).

Very big room, comfortable bed, asked for a second blanket and got it immediately, very nice staff

The plumbing was a little bit noisy, but not too bad

When I booked this property, it said "ocean front".. the hotel is not ocean front - it overlooks a main street. Ocean is a block away, so it was misleading. I was expecting to have the beach right in front of the hotel. Also says it's a 4 star hotel, i would rate it a 3 star at most.

Beautiful location central to all activities in Cadiz.

Improvements in the gym, additional dumbbells, machines, heavier weights, more benches would be a major improvement.

Breakfast is great, Hotel is very close to the beach Santa Maria del Mar

Dinner Room can be in a better room. Perhaps it can be in same place than Breakfast.

The location was amazing but the most amazing things about this place is the cleanliness and the stuff. The receptionists were amazing and they made us feel like we were at home. Blonde Lady at the reception section was so kind and understanding. She was helping us at every single subject. Also the gentleman was so kind.

Confusing arrangements for confirming parking reservation. Was not part of the booking and not possible, although parking availability was a major reason why we chose this hotel.

Good location. a bit of a walk to the Cathedral, but we enjoyed the ocean view very much. Spacious and quiet room. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. Outstanding Staff! Congratulations. Very courteous and helpful.

Fabulous hotel 2 mins to stunning beachBit of a distance from town but the beautiful walk along sea front compensates and their is a bus. Breakfast included - really good selection Rooms are HUGE and complimentary everything !!!

Having to go home

location great, room confortable, location is nice

, pillow not so good. terrace sould be more enjoyable.

Front Desk staff, we dealt with a couple, were all very friendly and had great customer service. We even forgot a souvenir and they immediately contacted us to let us know.

Nothing negative to say about my stay.
