Pros +
- The location was just right, in the middle of town. The staff was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast and an evening meal in the cozy restaurant.
- Location
- The hotel is described as dog friendly but we were shocked at how friendly the staff and everything was so accommodating for our pet Skylar. It was an amazing short break away and would highly recommend to everyone!! We will be back
Cons -
- We have no complaints. Wish we could have stayed longer.
- We had the worst experience at this place. Proceed with caution. I’ve read the other reviews and chose this place for that reason, but that was not our experience. We had no air conditioning for two nights and were miserable because we couldn’t breathe with the stuffy warm air. If we opened the window the noise in the plaza was so loud, along with chapel bells that there’s no way to sleep. So I understand one night, what can you do, but the next morning and all day we asked them to fix it and they didn’t. We came to the staff several times, they wouldn’t call a technician and wouldn’t call the manager. Why I don’t know. All they would say was that they were working on it. The girl finally admitted she was the one working on it later on, but she was just the check in person. We needed a technician. Do the second night was especially frustrating. The next morning when checking out the manager said she didn’t even know we were having a problem, why on earth would that girl not call when we asked her several times throughout the day?? No compensation, no apology.. and the bar upstairs smells like sewage. Var service terrible. Good location but too many other places to stay where your money is better spent.

Location. Bedding was comfortable. Thoughtful welcoming fruit. The VIEW!
The exclusive tech use seems cool, and it is, but functionally, not really ideal.
Amazing experience. The rooftop pool and bar with a view of the Cathedral should be world famous. Great staff and pleasant rooms.
Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, nice clean rooms and best shower I’ve ever experienced.
A/C wasn’t the most effective.
Fantastic location right at the Cathedral plaza. Liked the little boutique touches and thought the smart room tech worked well. Enjoyed a drink on the rooftop bar. Parked our car in the underground car park on Campo del Sur and about a 5 minute stroll to hotel.
We booked the restaurant which was part of the hotel. Maybe we hit it on an off night but had to wait 45 minutes for our bread. The Tuna Tartare starter was amazing and glad we were able to experience it. However the main courses were disappointing.
The location is perfect and you can go by walk to restaurants and nice spots
The pool area the chairs cushions are dirthy and need to be cleaned and washed one a week. The Rooftop bar offers drink but more of the half of the menu was not possibel to order or out of order.
The view was incredible and staff was excellent and the room was very comfortable.
Location was great! Glad they stopped the cathedral bells in the middle of the night. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have reception available all day. Snack they left was good.
Could use more outlets by bed. The technology of the room is a bit complicated.
Super location next to the cathedral. Relatively fresh interior, good restaurant (Ettu) downstairs.
Be prepared to pull your luggage for some distance as the hotel is in a car free zone. Top floor bar did not serve beer or wine, only cocktail drinks.
Excellent location Super friendly staffWonderful cocktails

Great Room and excellent staff with a great breakfast. An excellent experience all round.
Room, staff, comfort, food, location, record player, cocktail bar..
Smart system in the room until we got used to it!
The staff, the location, the food, the comfort.
The smart system in the room at first but we soon got used to it.
We booked the junior suite which looked out over the Cathedral entrance. It was perfect! A very comfortable room. We enjoyed drinks at the roof bar and then ate dinner in the hotel’s restaurant called Ettu. Fantastic! All members of staff very friendly. A lovely experience in Cádiz.
There was nothing to dislike. Parking is about 150m away and you can try to drop luggage on the side of the Cathedral.
Excellent location to explore the cityStaff friendly Rooms good size and beds comfyRoof top terrace was lovely but limited selection of drinks in the bar eg cocktails but no wine by the glass
Bathroom - can't make the shower private in some bedrooms and towels not efficient Breakfast limited choice, fixed menu system and long waiting time
Very good location but strange hotel, with decor reminiscent of a nightclub. Breakfast was expensive and restricted in choice. Not able to use the pool as the weather was bad.
Location- outside the veranda was a beautiful cathedral- with the street right below our hotel - we were immersed in the sounds and the atmosphere of the city. The staff went throughly above hospitality. They were kind helpful and so attentive. We played classical music on their turntable with the sea breeze wishing in through the windows- absolutely most peaceful experience. They have a restaurant and rooftop bar with a pool overlooking the cathedral. Great solace to stay in Cádiz. Walkable- to the beach and the fortress.
Ettu restaurant and staff outstanding. Located opposite the Cathedral right on the square. Large nice room with good facilities.
Location is double edged as our room at front, so incredible views of Cathedral but noisy throughout night impacting on sleep so ear plugs would have been helpful or better insulated windows.
