Pros +
- Location and cleanliness +++. Exceeded my expectations. Genuine friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you Esther, Manuel, and the other gentleman too! This hotel made my stay in Cadiz over the top.
- The hotel is located right in the heart of Cádiz, with everything in the historic center just a short walk away and the train station only about 15 minutes on foot. It sits on a lively pedestrian street with many shops and a constant flow of people, giving the area a vibrant atmosphere. Despite the busy surroundings, the rooms are generally quiet — at least in my case — because most of them face inward toward the courtyard. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I also appreciated being able to check in about an hour earlier than the official check-in time.
- Great location right in the middle of Cadiz. Nice room and staff. For the price it was great!
Cons -
- The overall atmosphere of the property felt more like an upscale hostel than a traditional hotel, which may suit some travelers but was not quite what I had expected. Before my stay, I had specifically requested a quiet room away from the elevators, as elevators usually come with some level of noise. However, I was initially assigned a room very close to the elevator, which I found surprising. I was able to change rooms the following day, with an upgrade, but I would have appreciated it if my request had been taken into account from the beginning — especially since the building is extremely sound-sensitive.In my second room, I had neighboring rooms on two sides, and although the other guests were not particularly loud, I could still clearly hear conversations, televisions, and even bathroom noises. Overall, the hotel is very poorly sound-insulated. Although the rooms are cleaned daily, I unfortunately found several hairs in the room, which was a bit disappointing. On a more personal note, I would also have preferred warmer, softer lighting to create a more comfortable atmosphere. In addition, the water in the shower of my first room turned cold after about five minutes, which was inconvenient — especially mid-shower — and made me keep the following showers very short. I am not sure whether this was an isolated issue or a recurring one.Overall, the hotel is fine for an overnight stay and it serves its purpose, but for me it did not feel like a place where I fully felt comfortable or at ease.
- There’s no duvet in the rooms, only a sheet, so it can get a bit cold at night.
- Bed could have used a light comforter - just came with a sheet. Given the weather, that worked fine but I prefer having more covers.

Great location right in the middle of Cadiz. Nice room and staff. For the price it was great!
It’s in a very central location, just a 2-minute walk from the cathedral. Clean, comfortable, and truly a great value-for-money hotel.
There’s no duvet in the rooms, only a sheet, so it can get a bit cold at night.
Location, modern, friendly staff
Central location, comfortable beds and lovely shower, also very friendly staffjj
Good location in the pedestrian zone, near the cathedral. Stylish decor, clean and modern fixtures. Manuel was very helpful at check in.
Bed could have used a light comforter - just came with a sheet. Given the weather, that worked fine but I prefer having more covers.
Location was amazing!
The bed was really uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep well and the room was small. I didn’t have anywhere to put my suitcase other than the bed, so I had to close it and open it every time on the bed. The pool was also much smaller than I imagined and that was the reason I chose the hotel. Given that there were other choices with bigger rooms and better value. If you have a carry-on size or one small suitcase for both of you, then the room is probably adequate.
The location was good, close to parking lot and walkable to everything.
More of a budget hotel stay and the finishing felt very diy with the decor in the rooms. I kept smelling a sewer smell in our room and I wasn’t sure if it was just old pipes or coming through the air vents. Bed was really uncomfortable. We are staying at the Misiami in tarifa now for the same price and it’s 10x better.
Location is awesome. staffs are friendly and helpful. I really liked the hotel, it was relatively expensive but we were ok due to its location.
when we arrive for checkin, even if we had our booking via booking.com, they want me to give them my CreditCard info: with the reason if we damage the room like kind of deposit, this is the first time that a hotel requested my CreditCard info, they dont charge anything for deposit neither at the end of the check-out but this is something I feel uncomfortable.
Plan on walking a mile
The hotel was inside the island's busiest section. It appeared as if 3 cruise ships were all docked at the same time. There was no parking (scooters were having difficulty finding parking) and we are too old and cripple to walk the mile away when we finally found a parking space. We just left Cadiz very disappointed and happy to know we will not go back. As I said, we are old and crippled. The hotel didn't know this when we canceled our stay and kept the money. They didn't know we could not walk the mile to get to their place of business. But maybe others will know this place is difficult to get to and very likely will not have parking. We never did find the place because we would not drive down the single wide street super crowded with people off the cruise ships.
Location was nice.
Staffs’ attitude was mean. Since I booked through booking payments was already been processed when we arrived. Receptionist asked my credit card anyway. There were Nespresso capsules at the receptionist desk. They charged that immediately again they took note our room number. We couldn’t get the point of it. When we asked they didn’t make a proper explanation. There were sunflower seed shells on the floor so the room wasn’t cleaned up well. Besides that they gave us towels for only body and hair. There were no towels for face and hand washing. Again there were no slippers. There was a bottle full of water and it was written “the water is free bottle costs 5€”. Why would I want or take a bottle like that. If they asked credit card in advance I would expect better service. I’m just hoping that they won’t charged anything more on my card.
The location was great. Manu was very friendly and gave us a lot of very helpful recommendations. The lounge was great to do work and relax
It would be good to have better instructions for parking before arrival. It would good to have at least two coffees in the room for the first day for free. Otherwise, it was a good visit.
I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very helpful and kind. I always got a smile from them.
Nothing comes to mind. The place was above my expectations.
Fantastic location - in the centre of old town but very quiet in the hotel. Staff very friendly. Room just perfect- very clean and comfortable.
Nothing to add here
The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and patient with me practicing my Spanish!! The room and hotel was nicely decorated and very clean.
An extra table or equivalent in the room to place items would have been nice. It would be good for the cleaning staff to knock on the door to double check if we are in the room before entering to clean - we put the “do not disturb” sign on the door and unfortunately because of the handle it turned around slightly so the cleaners thought we wanted the room cleaned. Easy mistake, but the cleaners did not knock before entering. Just a subtle recommendation, but no harm done :)
Great location and nice room
The towel set up means they don’t dry properly
Perfect location close to everything in the city. Great rooms and staff. A++ accommodation. For parking make sure to ask reception as they will guide you on where to park. Only comment would be to provide some free coffee in the morning.
Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, mini fridge in room, Nespresso coffee available for 1euro
Very happy with my stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful. Liked that they have WhatsApp support.
The noise insulation was not great. This is not a big issue for me, but it can be for a light sleeper.
