Pros +
- I was tremendously impressed that the guy on reception when I booked in spoke Spanish, English and French
- The room was spacious and spotless.
- Everyone on the staff with whom interacted was very friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable--I didn't want to go back to my bed at home. Room was good sized with an enclosed terrace, and was very clean. It was only a couple of (small) blocks from the beach and there are many bars and places to eat nearby as well as grocery stores. Catching the bus into town was easy.
Cons -
- The chair in the bedroom could have been more comfortable. But one doesn't normally' go to sit in the bedroom in Cádiz!
- There was no refrigerator in the room.
- My room faced the street in front, and, even with the doors to the terrace closed, it could be a little noisy.

Clean, nicely located.
Although the pillows were clean, they had a faint damp and musty odor—perhaps from the humidity—that slightly impacted the experience.
breakfast pretty good with nespresso coffee machine and allied underground car par 50-100 m away from hotel
a bit old-school, need to be refurbish
The location was on a main road but we were not disturbed by and traffic noise, the hotel is very clean and modern and the staff are very helpful. It’s in a great position to visit both the beach side of Cadiz and the old town with plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walk.
Good hotel. Room was clean and comfortable with the added surprise of a small balcony. It's situated on a main road and can be quite noisy and all a bit of a walk to the main areas but not a major deal breaker. I would stay in this hotel again. We only stayed one night so the walking was a bit of a pain for us.
We were told we had an upgrade but we had a room with twin beds and could not swing a cat. Saying that we did not spend a lot of time in the room. It was very modern, clean and only size disappointed. Breakfast was great. Bus route direct into Cadiz for 1 euro 10, great value.
Warn of the room size which is very restricted.
Great location, large well appointed clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful- central location
Excellent location with on street motorbike parking outside hotel.Great contact with staff before and during stay. 24 hour desk was helpful for me.Room was comfortable.Good breakfast buffet.
Location was close to the waterfront, restaurants and transit. Easy access to the old town.Hotel is contemporary and clean.Walls are a bit thin for noise from neighbours. Staff was courteous.
Nice Room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good value. Excellent Location.
The hotel is smart and modern and kept exceptionally clean. The room we stayed in was sizeable with a small balcony attached. The bathroom was modern and clean with a great shower and immediate hot water. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is available for 12 Euros. The location is about 39 minutes walk from the old town along a lovely promenade, across the road from the hotel, with views of the beach, ocean and Cadiz old town. The bus stop is near the hotel entrance and costs just over one Euro for the journey. Buses are frequent and run into the early hours. Although situated on the main road, it is quiet. I would recommend.
Nothing springs to mind
Clean modern great location near beach and city
could do with a sign so it’s easier to find on arrival.
A decent hotel—we expected it to be an older property, given that it’s in a touristy area, and it caters to budget-conscious travelers. The staff is very polite and friendly, which we truly appreciate. Breakfast was simple but adequate, just as expected. A nice bonus is the option to order freshly squeezed juice for an additional charge, something even higher-end hotels don’t always offer.Overall, we were satisfied, but for those expecting a more luxurious experience, it’s important to keep in mind that this is an older hotel.
Staff were charming , both housekeeping and reception staff were very friendly .location was good too
Old fashioned , rooms were lacking atmosphere , bathrooms very tired .
Location and staff in general both housekeeping and reception were very friendly .
Paper thin walls can hear neighbours talking as if in the room . 228 is terrible for that . All a bit old fashioned and tired .
TOP- Breakfast…also what was my favourite think was a Nespresso machine with a proper Espresso…Room was clean with an Biddet
Friendly staff, clean rooms, location good for city and beach - good cafes close by
noise from busy street, but expected due to location.
