Excellent location, comfortable room and bed, friendly,kind, professional staff.

The fact that they advertise for WiFi but upon arrival the staff on duty couldn't provide the WiFi code. The code had been changed but he did not know the new code.

Very nice staff. Nice size bathroom and bedroom. Comfortable bed and bedding. Excellent breakfast.

It’s a great location right next to the beach - not directly on the beach. The bed was great and happy there was a hot pot to make tea/coffee in the morning. Great place for a few relaxing days on the beach nice breakfast

Hotel was perfectly located as to the beach and not far from historic area. Room was good size, clean and, comfortable. The front desk staff was exceptional in that they always answered questions with a smile. Value was good for the price.

I liked the location of this hotel.

I liked the breakfast, I just wish they had more options. The bar closed at 10 but luckily there were options outside of the hotel to walk to.

Small famiily run hotel. Better soundproofing needed in bedrooms to stifle noisy guests in hall..

Breakfast in dining room wasn't appealing - had breakfast in the cheaper cafe, but the waitress seemed a bit rushed and we didn't get our food in the right order. Coffee then toast then cereal then orange juice.

Lovely hotel, great value for a 4 star hotel right on the beach front. Comfortable room and bed. Nice walk along the front to the old town.

it was located close to the playa victoria and pretty central if you are interested in spending time in the new part of cadiz. old town is an jour on foot and 15 mins by bus or taxi. we had kettle in the room, bed was comfortable.

the room was very dusty and my husband is allergic to dust so it was a bit problematic. especially the curtains created trouble for us, whenever i closed or opened them there was a cloud of dust. Maybe it was because we stayed there out of season. Breakfast was 12eur but they charged us 13 eur probably bec we didn’t buy it online and showed up there. they couldn’t add the price to the room so we had to pay right at the breakfast hall, which was weird. In my opinion breakfast wasn’t worth for this price, coffee was from a machine and tasted bad

Great location by a beautiful long sandy beach, nearby lively cafes/bars and supermarkets. Everything on the doorstep. comfortable beds, reception staff were pleasant. It is a good walk from town, but lovely coastal route all the way. or you can get a bus easily enough. Good hotel for a few nights, but not for a longer stay.

cleaning staff not very helpful - quite rude actually. No bottled water after first day (we stayed for 12 days), not a big deal but its the small details that make the difference between 3* and 4* - I would rate this hotel three stars. Room cleaned superficially - sheets only changed a few times in 12 days. But for a few days I'm sure it's fine.

The "Desk" in the room was slanted and had very poor lighting. I work remote and this was important

Good location, right beside fantastic beach. Lots of reasonable cafes/bars on doorstep, welcoming staff, comfy bed. Good wifi. tea/coffee replaced every day, though boiled water from kettle tasted of plastic,

I would rate this hotel 3 star (NOT four star): we have stayed in many, many hotels. We have stayed at this hotel before - gone downhill. No water replacement. small bottle each on first day. Despite request, cleaner refused to replace water during our stay. Cleanliness not up to 4* Noisy room - walls thin, traffic noise (although we knew this before we stayed). Little atmosphere. Overpowering airfresher being pumped out in main reception.

The staff are so very friendly and helpful , it felt very relaxing.The hotel is a 30 minute walk right into the old town but the walk is flat and very pleasant walking along or beside the beach .Parking very close and secure in underground garage .Parking is only a 2 minute walk from hotel and very reasonable at 14E per 24 hours.

Close to seafront but miles from the old town of Cadiz.

No kettle. No compliementary coffee or tea or milk. Had to boil water in a saucepan. Subesequently told to boil water in the microwave as we had an apartment. Sofa bed was made up so we couldn’t sit on it. Poor location 3 miles from the Old Town with only a partial view of the beach which we had to pay extra for.

Good and comfortable hotel, the rooms where clean and breakfast was amazing. Also the staff was really helpfull and they did everything they could to help us, for sure we will choose it again if we ever return in Cadiz
