Hotel Playa Victoria

Location and views were spectacular! Wonderful breakfast spread and helpful staff. Right in the beach and short walk to to tons of restaurant options.

Slightly dated but still beautiful

beds were super comfortable, location was great and had a beautiful view from our room/balcony

would have been nice if the hotel provided beach chairs or someone nearby rented them.

Shower was broken and toilet didn’t flush on the last day. Air conditioning shuts off over night… because room hot very hot.

Incredible views of the Beach. The pool was good, but at times it felt a little too small. Not a big deal.

The Restaurant. I am sure that the buffet was great, but over 40 per person it seems a little too much.

Minimal to no air conditioning. Uncomfortable beds. Good location. Staff was excellent. No beach service. No pool service. I would stay somewhere else.

Staff was nice

One bath towel was totally ripped. Wifi was terrible. Of all tv channels only 1 was english-news, 6 german and rest spanish. No netflix.or other choices. Often no signal. Sheets were ripped- both top sheet and bottom 1 day and top another. Floor was horrible- dirty and worn out.

Good location, sea front, nice balcony, clean and spacious room. Staff were all nice, helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Excellent service.

I booked a room with a 'side sea view' which technically it was if you stood at the far right of the window or went out on the balcony. Then you had a slight sea view. All of the other rooms in the hotel would have had a better view as our room was at the very rear of the hotel. The rooms were pleasant and quite modern, the staff were friendly and efficient. I would recommend it.

location was amazing. You can take a bus or taxi to old town. It is a 50 minute walk--but the weather was not good so we did not walk it. room was very nice, bed comfy.

Staff were friendly and the room was large with a nice balconly view. Bed was huge and loads of storage space. Internet connectivity was good too.

No kettle in the room for a cup of tea etc and the water in the mini bar was expensive. There was no free water but other residents did get some.

Good location on the beach. Excellent WiFi. Fantastic sea views from the room. Comfy bed, nice big tv in room. Big free safe. On site parking.

Room was looking tired re decor. Shower very complicated to operate and some of the controls were loose and came off. Bath quite small. No hot buffet selection at breakfast. The breakfast waiter wasn't particularly welcoming.

A nice hotel, in a good location, with very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is showing its age.

We loved the location which was on the beach. Our room was sea facing and had a decent sized balcony.

It is a large modern hotel in the “new town” so if you’re looking for a boutique experience in the old town….this isn’t it. However, we loved the location and the walk into the old town along the beach was fabulous. It worked very well for us. We will be back!

The accommodation. The room service was very prompt. The staff were most helpful. Elizabeth is a jewel.

The poor arrangements for ensuring enough cups and saucers, ordinary tea coffee and milk for early morning needs!

Great location! Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. All rooms have at least a partial sea view. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are getting a bit dated. Parking for your car was a bit steep at 20 euros per day.

Location by the beach was excellent and close to old city. Breakfast was very good and staff friendly.

Bar needs to be upgraded. Additional sun loungers required.

Location very good. View excellent. Staff good. Large room. Very comfortable beds.

The shower was prehistoric, simply awful. There was a large patch of damp, hidden by a curtain, where the wallpaper was simply hanging off. Reported this to reception on departure. Room long overdue for upgrade. Would not return here.
