Comfortable. Good location with great views of ocean and the city. Good breakfast.

The electrical options in the room were over-engineered. Form seemed to trump function in design of room.

The staff were not particularly helpful, especially at breakfast time. The room was not always cleaned well. The parking was an extra charge which we were not made aware of.

Fabulous design of hotel and rooms

The location and the views were fantastic. Every room has a view and the rooms are large. I had called ahead about getting a “private” bathroom and they accommodated. We ate at their restaurant both nights.

With such a gorgeous setting and large rooms overlooking the sea, a coffee maker would be perfect.

The view is espectacular the suit has it all need staff to explain all the technical things in the suit buttons all uses Fabulous

Cold Room the heater is not working or limited temperature

Beautiful facility. Nice staff. Excellent room with sea view. Nicely area in the parking garage for storing our bikes (we were touring) that even included tools for repair! Incredible breakfast.

* Would love coffee/tea in the room. * We ordered 1/2 board to have dinner but got charged full (I think because of miscommunication at front desk so if that's your goal, just verify with restaurant staff before dinner--we did not)

Rooms but not super comfortable . Headboard had a cutout that made it virtually impossible to read in bed.

The hotel was exceptionally nice, great location and beautiful balcony view

The breakfast buffet had much to offer BUT the serve yourself coffee machines always had a long line and they were not of good quality, they got jammed and the coffee took forever to come out. A large urn would have been better and for the price of the breakfast custom coffee should have been offered

Bathroom / shower doors were a bit flimsy but this a minor nit. Overall, it is a great place to stay if you are visiting Cadiz.

The hotel room was absolutely wonderful! We actually had 2 showers and 2 WC! The view of the water was fantastic! The breakfast buffet was almost overwhelming!

The electronics in the room almost need an instruction manual! The staff in the bars/restaurants weren’t very friendly.

The location is great, walkable to everything in old town and right on the water.

Pretty much everything else. This building is HORRIBLY outdated. I have literally never been in such a badly upkept hotel room. It’s not clean - we had to bring our own cleaning supplies and I found probably 50+ little hairs all over the floor. The shower is absolutely disgusting - black grime in the tiles that hasn’t been cleaned in years (it’s clear there is never a very deep clean done). The door handle broke off and sliced my husband’s hand open. We had to complain about the sink multiple times because it reeked of sewage. The hotel room itself is very strange in design and clearly hasn’t been updated. Same goes for the pool area. The spa was nice, one redeeming factor. All in all this has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and despite having multiple issues we didn’t even get offered a free drink.

Rooms are very spacious, staff are helpful! Particularly the young gentleman who checked us in, forgot his name. Pool is NEVER overcrowded. This hotel has done it right!

They could update the rooms a little, mirrors and doors aren’t fully flush and clean. But wouldn’t stop me returning!Breakfast was great if you like meat and cheese! Would love a smoothie bowl or oats & some poached eggs as in option, otherwise can’t fault it!

Some improvements/changes can be made in the rooms, for example:- no kettle in the room although we were able to get hot water from the restaurant.- the bathroom basins were too small, and every time we washed our faces, water splashed everywhere.- the room door was difficult to open, we had to apply some force to open it.
