Pros +
- Wonderful hotel in a quiet tourist area close to the promenade and the beach. Helpful staff, cozy room with air conditioning and excellent breakfast. We spent 3 unforgettable days and would like to come back again.
- The staff is very friendly and very helpful.
- Great staff, clean rooms, good location :)
Cons -
- Everything was perfect.
- This hotel is probably a very good option for Finale, but the pictures are sort of misleading. Once you arrive at the hotel, you realize that it is crammed in an extremely tight space among other buildings.
- Sewerage smell in the bathroom and an unpleasant smell in the elevator. Old carpets in the corridors on the 3rd and 4th floors. It would be great, if all the carpeting on the floors and elevator is removed or replaced :)

Daily cleaning, very good breakfast, kind staff, nice common terrace with beautiful view
Booking.com reserved different rooms during my stay, so we had to move rooms throughout the booking period. The rooms were very basic but acceptable, although the absence of air conditioning in the room I booked was a significant flaw in the hot italian summer despite a small fan. The breakfast was acceptable and the garage I rented for the duration of the stay was very small and difficult to fit the car in.
Perfect location!! Really closed to the beach
