Hotel Noris

The owner was as nice as can be. Genius person and very helpful. Gave us a ride to Finalborgo when no taxis available. I will go back due to the owners.

They felt really bad about it but ultimately the AC was making a loud noise that developed after hours and completely disrupted our sleep all night. No offer of compensation for the trouble but I know they felt bad. They made up for it with service.

We had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from our balcony and from the breakfast patio. Everything was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, eggs, muesli, yogurt, sandwich fixings and made-to-order coffee. We had some trouble figuring out the air conditioner in our room but then it worked great after a simple lesson from the owners. The family of owners are amazingly wonderful: they picked us up and took us back to the train station; they gave us a free bus voucher to use for the region; they gave us excellent advice about restaurants and hikes; and they showed us the shortcut to walk back and forth (~5 min) to town. They are each so kind and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Finale Ligure is a fun city with a festive atmosphere with live free music at night and many restaurants and cafes. We had a delightful stay.

The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, was picked up from the train station, given a tour of the town by car on way to hotel, and given tips as to where to go for dining. The breakfast with its Linzer torte was delicious.

The rooms and lift were on the smaller side, but this didn’t impact us greatly.

Lovely family run hotel in a great location, not far from the beach and town. The staff are friendly and having breakfast on the terrace was wonderful!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good for such a small hotel, the room was comfortable and clean with a lovely balcony looking at the sea, the location was good and there was a car park as well as a bike room.

Nothing. The only thing I would add is a small fridge for the room as cold drinking water is almost impossible to buy in Finale Liguria unless you are in a restaurant, and the weather was super hot.

Breakfast was beautifully set up in a huge seaview balcony with very good variety including abundant amount of scrambled and boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, fruits. Coffee was excellent. Location was very good with on site car park ( 15€/day)and only about 6 to 11 minute walk to waterfront, shops, restaurants and nice beaches.

Rooms were bit small and tight for space , especially the bathroom.

The staff was truly special. They were all incredibly kind and helpful. Reviews were read were accurate. The room booked was great for a family of four with two teens. Breakfast was very nice. We had rough travels leading to our stay. First night was busy in Finale. It was a Saturday in August, so to be expected. Things quieted down and we really came to realize what makes Finale and Hotel Noris well worth the visit. We had a really pleasant stay.

Charming and helpful staff. Parking essential in the location. Very good breakfast selection.

Noris is a superb hotel. We had a twin room facing the sea. The location is quiet and safe, close to the sea if you go down the winding path. The family running the hotel are amazing people, helpful and friendly. They picked us up at the railway station and gave us a lift to the station on our way back. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. I totally recommend Noris and Finale Ligure

No fridge in the bedrooms and decor is a little dated but overall it’s a good place to stay.

The distance of the hotel from the center of Finale requires you a little walking, but for someone it can be a plus...

Not bad hotel... but really the staff saves it.

Too old hotel... Too noisy if you have a room near the road. You will be thirsty, if you didn't foresee it. And you will not have a fridge.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff, great breakfast, parking options. Amazing views from the room (if you have one with a sea view) and from the terrace where the breakfast is served.

The bed mattress could have been softer, but in general it didn't cause any issues for us.
