    • Nicely located on the water and very professional staff. When the temperature cooled at night it was fun to walk along the ocean.Amazing massage at the Luxe spa.
    • Beautifully appointed, immaculate everywhereStaff helpful and friendly
    • The location. The decor & the Spa facilities.

    Cons -

    • It dawned on me when I couldn’t get a chaise lounge at the pool complex but the parking lot was empty that evening that most of the chairs were occupied by day spa users. There were 2 pool attendants who could’ve kept better track of the used towels on the lounge chairs. The restaurant food was pretty average. The second night we left the property and ate at a local place on the water and it was great. The a/c is centrally controlled.
    • Gardens could do with some attention littleSad looking, buffet breakfast fresh fruit poorI all other respects very good.
    • More menu choice in the Bistro needed.

The breakfast had a great variety to choose from. Plentiful. The shower was awesome in our accessible room which worked well and they had put other family members next door which was appreciated. The pool was amazing however the misconception is on the website it looks outside it is an inside pool. Worked well for our disabled son and the pool team offered help even though we did not accept it was an appreciative thought. The luggage porters were super helpful.

More menu choice in the Bistro needed.

Beautiful and stunning hotel. Lovely location ?. Breathtaking!!! One of the hotel manager by the name of Victor was exceptional!!! He made our stay! He was kind, very polite and yet professional.

The services at the restaurant was quite poor! Never stepped a foot back in there again after the service. Two members of staff at the restaurant was great and polite but very busy to afterwards to attend to our needs. Apart from being a beautiful place to go on holiday, the services were poor!

Lovely health spa and views. But the gastronomic restaurant is just wow!! One of best I have ever been in throughout the world. Don’t loose the chef guys. Great attention to detail. Called day before to ask for size of robe we needed in the room. I will definitely go back here. Great hotel. Staff very helpful.

Rooms are lovely but small. Shower area very compact. Shower quite slippery not so good for those not so sure on their feet. Otherwise nothing it was great here

The hotel and view were lovely staff excellent

The size of the rooms were to small for 2 people. We had a evening meal in restaurant the food was very poor unfortunately but the breakfast was very good

Location is nice, view is nice

Hello, to be honest, I don't know how to accurately describe my experience at this hotel. I could simply say that a mouse ran past us in the restaurant during breakfast, which says a lot about the sanitary conditions of the hotel. Maybe it was a character from the movie Ratatouille? But still, here's a list of what disappointed us:1. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families with children. It started with the fact that they didn't want to accommodate us with our little daughter (2 years old) in a regular room, even though we booked a regular room with her on booking.com. Then they said they would make an "exception" for us. We didn't argue about the exception because we were tired.2. We decided to relax in the pool, but it seems that children in this hotel are not allowed to do much. In the pool, you can't swim in the outdoor jacuzzi, in the indoor jacuzzi, or even in the second part of the pool. You can't use the steam room and sauna. There are two people specifically tasked with literally kicking dozens of children out of the pool where they are not allowed. They only allow swimming in one part.3. Dinner took forever. We dined at the Bistro. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes between the appetizer and the main course. After we asked for more wine, we waited 15 minutes for it to be brought to us.

Staff excellent, food offering excellent, location and views excellent.

Small rooms even for a 'deluxe with balcony' room. One small bottle of still water per room could be deemed a little parsimonious for a 5* property.

    9EmmaPosted on: 9-18-2023

Great location overlooking the sea and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was very well done and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The rooms were rather small and the wardrobe was tiny.

We had a lovely room and there was a wonderful party on the beach for hotel guests the night we stayed. Great food and entertainment. The concierge desk was extremely helpful.

    10UnknownPosted on: 6-29-2023

The hotel was fabulous and in a fantastic location. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The spa are is also a must, extremely good! My wife and I had an amazing stay

Unfortunately there was no transparency from Booking.com when we booked our holiday through the app. We were told that the only charge to expect from the hotel would be a ‘city tax’ of just over €26. However when we arrived the hotel insisted on a €2,000 deposit for our stay. This led to a very awkward and tense start to our stay and the money unfortunately wasn’t returned for another 10 days after our checkout!

    staff, and food.

Junior suite was small and quite poor quality. only one bathroom which on s different floor to the bedroom.

    10CherylPosted on: 10-5-2022

    Excellent location. very good restaurant.

due to the design of the property several staircases to negotiate with luggage as our room was at the far end. But the view of the sea from the balcony was worth it.

Huge ground floor room with every facillity, amazing wet room. massive indoor pool with option to swim outside. Great buffet style breakfast / eggs cooked to order. Staff heipful, language never an issue. No traffic noise, ideal place to unwind

Being built on a cliff, there are many levels, might be difficult for wheelchair users, although there are lifts nearby.

    9TinaPosted on: 9-5-2022

Room, although smaller than expected, spa was fantastic, fabulous location.

    10ShitangPosted on: 9-4-2022

Very good breakfast, nice restaurants, very friendly and helpful staffs, nice swimming pool and spa.

Room is slightly smaller than expected, but it's fine to accommodate my family of 4.

Very nice premium accommodation. Very good breakfast and restaurant in general. Perfect spa area and outside design.

    7PetePosted on: 8-30-2022

Staff were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Sea view was delightful. Good breakfast and lunch. Nice bathroom.

We had a superior queen room (€1,000 for 3 nights) and the room frankly was very small. Just one chair pushed into a corner, only room for one small case and a difficult room to move around in. Gayá restaurant had a limited menu, not really practical cuisine for more than one or two nights - after the first night we walked around the headland to a beachfront restaurant for dinner at half the price. Pool was crowded, not enjoyable.
