great staff, location is good for the Barra De Tijuca area, the breaskfast was okay, room was clean and nice, the pool is clean and a great option.

Easy access to the property and the pool seemed very good

The room wasn’t what was shown in the picture. We had ants the bed were uncomfortable and rooms were cleaned poorly

Rooms are outdated, building is old, staff was ok.

Sheets were not changed during the entire week.The pool was cleaned with a chemical cleaner during the day while people About 1h from center.Personnel does not speak even basic english.

The hotel is fine

Check in process is very disorganized a d time-consuming. They ask the same Information again which you submitted on Booking.com. Also no flexibility for early check in

- The room had a nice sunset view, although you couldn't see the sea from it.- The pool and the gym are good, although they are shared with another complex and often crowded.

- Worst WiFi I have ever seen at a hotel. Do not count on being able to work or watch something on a stream. It was 2002 dial-up level.- Apathetic staff who didn't bother to hide how little they cared about any requests you might make.- Ran-down facilities that could use a renovation. All of the elevators were covered in a protective cloth, making them feel service elevators. We thought it was because of a renovation but it turns out they have been this way for years.- Very disappointing breakfast. On our third day it got moved to a meeting room with depressing overhead fluorescent lighting and very bland food. Yet we found out breakfast was still being served in the main room, we just didn't know who was getting that service.- The location is really far away from everything. You have to take an Uber to reach the center or the beaches in Barra. The only options to have dinner within walking distance are the two nearby shopping malls.

Meat at the restaurant was really bad, rooms and equipment are old.

Very spacious & comfortable rooms. Bus stop right outside the door of the hotel.

There was no kettle in the room which was a bit annoying having to go down to the restaurant every time we need hot water and the restaurant wasn't always open. We thought it was a bit over priced for what we got however we did visit during Carnival so all accommodation was over priced.

Was supposed to stay for a week, ended up leaving after 1 day

Fridge didnt work, asked to get a new room but they said there was no more room available.Flies in the breakfast, had to pay for the breakfast because they said we didnt had it included even tho we chose the «breakfast included option»

The pool area and gym facilities does not belong to the hotel. It's a separate club that the hotel has access. It's great

My recent stay at the hotel fell short of expectations. The room showed signs of age, with peeling wallpaper, an outdated TV, and poorly maintained furniture. Housekeeping neglected to change linens or make the bed during our week-long stay, only attending to trash removal. Requesting even a fresh towel proved challenging. The shower felt more like an open tap, and a persistent, unpleasant odor lingered in the bathroom. Despite its claim to be a four-star hotel, the experience did not match the designation. Breakfast options were limited, lacking healthier choices and featuring mainly cakes and breads.

The neighborhood was very nice and perfectly safe. The property was quiet. The gym was good too.

We had little to no access to the spa area, we had no breakfast, apparently it was not included in our booking. The staff was not helpful, they seemed to be bothered by us every time we asked them any questions. They didn’t clean the room unless we requested for it. Communication problems all the time.

the building needs a serious renewal. the elevators stops all the time and are in very very bad conditions. The floor of the room was dirty, we couldn’t walk barefoot, bathrooms look old, towels are super thin, walls are stained of mould.

Location.The hotel is close to the mall from where the bus I was taking to Rock in Rio was leaving.

• Rooms do need a remodeling urgently - the bad state of furniture and painting make the place look dirty;• bed sheet was dirty when I first arrived at the hotel room - fortunately, the staff did change it almost immediately;• breakfast buffet is poor on variety - most options are fat;• price charged was way too high for what the hotel offers.

key room many Times was not working and I had to go downstairs to get a new one. No energy in my room in two different occasion. I had to wait for it to be fixed outside my room. No water one day for few hours.

The location was close to the motorway and with relatively easy accesibility to the beach and other Barra da Tijuca places. The bed was confortable, the room was quiet as I asked, the staff was pleasant and the food from the restaurant was good.

The Wi Fi connection was poor.

I don’t like the linen (towels, etc)not good quality. breakfast is served with plastic cutlery. For the price, breakfast should always be inclusive. my breakfast was not inclusive and I just found out when I got there. front staff should be a bit more happy.

Good breakfast. Most of the staff is very good too. The room has a lot of space. They helped us when we needed to check ou t a day early.

They only clean the room every other day. They said is because of Covid but that makes no sense, it should be clean more not less.
