    Pros +

    • When we entered our room upon arrival there was a funny smell. Immediately the front desk gave us a new room. The hotel itself was roomy and comfortable, well situated. The staff hard working and friendly. The breakfast was unbelievable! There were breads and brioche, croissants and chouquettes, fresh juice, eggs, sausage, pancakes, crepes, fresh fruit, almonds, chia seeds in coco cream — in brief, one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel.
    • Excellent customer focus from reception staff. Good English spoken. Safe and secure bicycle storage in a garage 50yds away. Very good buffet breakfast available from 6.30am. Good WiFi.
    • The room was excellent although I had to get used to the room card to get electricity, push the button by the do to operate heater and three-minute showers.

    Cons -

    • Room was incredibly hot. Bath felt like it was going to splinter at any moment
    • Should mention that when you pay online, there is still a small local tax to pay at check out time.
    • Nothing to dislike.

A very good hotel for cyclists on the Vélodyssee long distance cycle route with secure overnight bike storage. The buffet breakfast is of good quality with excellent choices including a hot option. I have stayed at the hotel many times and it is highly recommended for cyclists.

    Nothing to dislike.

Friendly staffOnside parking Location Swimming pool

No tea/coffee making facilities Given room key, on entering room, room not ready bed unmade towels on bathroom floor. Back to reception lady looked embarrassed given another room. Room small and tiny bathroom.Second day room..key would not work back to reception to activate key. This was the second ibis we stopped at in 3 days not much improvement.Over priced.

A welcome stopover on our cycling trip along the Velodysee. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant.

The room was very comfortable and the bed provided the best night's sleep we had that week. The staff were helpful and allowed us to check in early. We were travelling by bicycle so we needed somewhere secure to lock them which they were able to provide. There is a swimming pool although we didn't use it, preferring the sea. The location was excellent, just out of the busy area but withing a few minutes walk of restaurants and bars.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room was not provided and it would have been appreciated. However, it is not common for this facility to feature in French hotels, so we were not surprised to discover these were not available.

A comfortable hotel with secure bicycle storage for long-distance cyclists riding the Velodyssee Euro Velo cycle route. The buffet breakfast is excellent and of good quality. Close to restaurants and all amenities the hotel is an ideal stop-over and highly recommended. We have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and would certainly stay again.

    There was nothing we disliked.

Pleasant hotel with a nice breakfast buffet.

Found the lady on reception to be unhelpful (when asked if she could book a taxi for me she merely indicated to a taxi company card on the desk and refused to make a call herself). The other staff were very pleasant though.

Great little hotel near the town. The breakfast was amazing and so much choice. Friendly staff and a pool to cool off. Would return

The set up in our room was quite odd. We needed a pull down bed for a child but this came down in front of the bathroom so if you need to get up in the night was a little awkward

You need to book car parking at 7.5 Euros per day. But the manager, country to what what we were told on our arrival managed to find a car parking place for us.The small bar served cold beer and had a little ice.The breakfast that was included was brilliant! The usual continental, but also cooked sausages and scrambled eggs. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and coffee was strong and excellent.Great location for exploring the town and nearby beaches by foot. The day and night markets were lovely.

The room smelt like a sewer. Until the power was returned to the room and the windows fully open. But on leaving the room with the power ket the smell returned. This was reported to the hotel. Our rooms overlooked to hotel car park not the sea, but were filled with noisy seagulls at 05:00 every morning.Just everywhere was busy and packed.

    10CatherinePosted on: 7-28-2022

Breakfast offered a huge range of choices from cereal & yogurt bread toast fruit cold meat & cheese croissant jam plenty of tea & coffee. The staff were absolutely delightful especially the young lady with long dark hair who greeted us on our arrival. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the town where there are numerous places to eat.The room we had was for two adults and a teenager. The adjoining room suited us brilliantly. The only error on my part was that I didn’t pre book a car park space but there was space on a nearby street.
