Location. Breakfast. Staff was very helpful.

A bit expensive. Outside pool was not open late enough.

Great location. We returned after having stayed here a few years ago.

The AC is definitely not sufficient for cooling. I recall this during our first visit as well. Valet was not careful parking our vehicle and had slight damage.

A beautiful hotel, elegant and comfortable, one block from Sestri Levante's ocean-side esplanade. The gorgeous hotel is maintained impeccably , all details cared for, and from the lobby, past the restaurant and conference area, to the rooms, the hotel is stately and gives one a feeling of class and love for the art of accommodation. The staff was absolutely excellent - warm, attentive, helpful and professional. The restaurant, a delight.

That’s tough one. If there was a down side, it is that the showers (in the rooms we booked) were only 80cm wide. I would imagine that heavier set individuals would fine this very inconvenient.

Had to ask to fix the lock of the door and non soundproofed walls, too much noise

The restaurant service was rushed during dinner. My first course arrived while I was preparing my salad. My second course arrived before I finished my first course.

WiFi did not not work in my room (but did work in the hotel’s common areas). Bathroom shower needs to be cleaned better. The room was cold, and I couldn’t find a heater. My breakfast (room service) was not what I ordered.

The location is superb and it was extremely clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. There was plenty of choice at breakfast.

The layout of the garden apartment I shared with a friend meant that one of us had to walk past the other’s bed to get to the bathroom. This is not ideal for women ‘of a certain age’ who need to use the bathroom during the night.We had hoped to be able to have breakfast outside (and it looked like we could on the website) but we were told that was not possible. Eating breakfast outside is one of my favourite things to do on holiday so that was a little disappointing.The shower kept running hot and cold which was a little frustrating.

It was a great location and the breakfast place was amazing.

Totally not worth the money. Our bathroom was full of mold. The aircon was not working and the wallpaper was tearing up…… the staff was not very welcoming.

Location is great. Super cute hotel with nice decorations.

- We’d got upgraded to superior double room…suppose to have seaview or gardenview but turn out a room in the back with valet parking view.- Bathroom is really small hardly space for toiletries bag.

Nice location,posibility ,to visit Cinkve Terre protected by UNESCO.

You can tell she was a gem back in the day but it is a little older now by most standards but it's still very charming. Location-wise it's 2 two-minute walk from the beach you literally walk out the front door and take a right and you are standing on the beach. Breakfast is a big buffet with so much to choose from. It's served in this nice garden area.

It is what it is. It's an old hotel in a modern world but that's what makes it charming.

My room had a bed bugs problem ! In 2 days i was bitten about 40 times ? Beware all you people ! The matrass was far too soft , my back was broken after 2 days ? on checkout staff didn‘t even care to ask if everything was ok …

So clean so convenient great staff

We didn't stay long enough ! The only slight issue for us was the joint on the bed pushed together was a little uncomfortable but otherwise perfect

Staff were really excellent. Breakfast range very good.

Aircon in rooms could be better; access to the pool before 9am would also be good for those who like an early morning swim.

It was great, the team is amazing, friendly, highly efficient. I asked them for a restaurant and they gave me the best advice, I couldn’t get a taxi to go to station and they sort me out and drove me so I could get my train . Ottimo?Grazie

We really didn’t enjoy the breakfast - the variety was good but the pastries were dry, the coffee was burnt every time
