ibis Styles Ancenis Centre

Location and it was quiet

Cleanness of the shower and that there was no water and kettle in the room

Breakfast was self service. Good nights sleep comfortable bed and pillows.

Bright and cheerful decor. Good facilities. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good secure storage for bikes.

The distance from the city centre was a bit long.

The staff were so very helpful.

Pop music playing at breakfast. However, a member of staff did turn it down for us.

The hotel was easy to locate with great storage and charging facilities for our bicycles. Staff were friendly and helpful. A short walk to restaurants overlooking the Loire River. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

Breakfast was very good. Fresh orange juice. Good selection of breads.

Better coffee pleasant

The rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. To think there was a kitchen would liked to have seem scrambled eggs?

All was well thanks.

Just one night stay but location was suitable for my purpose. Breakfast was perfect.

Good location close from the train station

Not cleaned properly. Upon arrival, already found quite a lot of hair on the floor and worst part was that there was something smelly left in the sanitary bag. I understand that if someone uses a sanitary bag, it should be thrown away to the bin but it was left hanged on the wall and probably the cleaning person missed it and still left with dirty things inside… it was very disgusting. Also found yellow spots on the bed sheets and towels… I believe it was washed but still not pleasant.Maybe I was unlucky as my friends who stayed another floor didn’t have any problems.

The breakfast was amazing. Everything was freshly cooked, there was a good choice and great coffee. The breakfast exceeded our expectations.

There was nothing I did not like. Myself and our party loved the hotel, location, helpfulness of staff and the close proximity to town and the airport.

the rooms, the staff

was ok in general, the location is not in its advantage

Staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The hotel is very clean and modern and well designed. The room was adequate although lacked a suitable workspace. USB charging points by the bed - excellent. The bathroom was very clean and modern with light up mirror. The bed was very comfortable. Location was good for where I needed to go. The restaurant offers a limited selection of good food. Free onsite parking

Breakfast was a little limited from my perspective but really there is nothing to complain about.

A bright modern hotel, air conditioned and quiet room with a generous shower room . The breakfast in the morning was super with a varied choice of breads, cereals, cheese and meats. A great start to the day.

It's a longer walk to the old part of town than the word centre would suggest and you have to go under the railway line in an underpass but worth the journey for restaurants and views of the river, bridge and chateau.

Staff were beyond kind and friendly. Location is right near the train station. Rooms were bright, clean and comfy. Bathroom were nice, lots of hot water.

The room was very clean . The bed was comfortable and staff friendly

No coffee making facilities in the room.

staff very friendly and helpfully, secure parking for motorcycles, nice room, great breakfast, location was great for restaurants and local bars by river
