NH Savona Darsena

The hotel was modern and great front desk staff. We were in walking distance to board our cruise ship. It was a wonderful area full of restaurants and shops. Great room service and perfect breakfast in the morning. LOVED IT

2 stars Hotel Old, broken and dirty

Location, very very noisy on street side. Too expensive for facilities, no restaurant .

The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to enjoy other parts of interest. Great restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Very disappointed that the Bar was never open during our stay. The restaurant did not appear to be open either. There were no signs advising. This seemed very strange.

Good location for the cruise passengers

It is very expensive when you consider the facilities and services. We paid too much money for a regular hotel.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were spacious, very clean, everything really nice and tidy, beds comfortable.

The prices are a bit steep, taking advantage of the location.

You could not open the windows

Breakfast was too expensive so we had breakfast at a bar nearby. Apart from that all good. Quiet and spacious hotel.

Room at front was noisy from bar/eatery below - room at back would have been better.

Very good hotel. Modern, clean, silent and very comfortable bed. Location is a bit outside from the city itself. But only 15 minute walk will get you there.

Location is not ideal if you want to be around the city.

There was no milk/cream to go with the coffee/tea in the room. I had to phone reception to request this. I wa told I had to go to reception myself to collect milk/creamer otherwise I would be charged €10 ‘room service’. There was insufficient tea/coffee and any milk in the room.

The rooms in NH hotel are big and nice; hotel has very good location - specially for the people planning to overnight before going a Costa cruise. Breakfast was good and standard for a quality hotel.

Convenient with parking and good little Italian restaurants very next to hotel. Also minutes away from town

The breakfast is underwhelming, especially considering the amazing options within a short walk of the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and found it to be a great choice, especially for a work trip. The location is very convenient, and everything was clean, simple, and exactly as needed – nothing unnecessary, just comfortable and efficient. A solid option for a short business stay.

We do not understand why each guest is required to book using their own credit card. We would like to make the reservations for our employees who will be staying at your hotel using the company's virtual credit card, but your property does not accept this method. Instead, you require the reservation to be secured with the credit card of the individual staying at the hotel.From a professional perspective, business trips should allow reservations and payments to be made using a company-owned virtual credit card.

This is a simple business modern hotel. Possibly used more for people joining a cruise ship. The room was what you would expect from this style of hotel. Bed was comfortable.

My room was located next to the lift and you could hear everything, so lots of broken sleep. The restaurant is located by the doors in the lobby and it was a freezing night so I sat shivering whilst eating my dinner. I returned to my room and it was boiling hot and I could not turn the heat off. From one extreme to the other!

Outstanding location, close to the historical centre of the city, very supportive staff. Close to the public parking. Super breakfast.

We spent only one night in the hotel with our dog. The apartment was very clean, equipped as it was written in the description of the hotel. The staff is very kind, they took care of everything, fulfilled all our requests and I especially emphasize the wonderful attitude towards our dog. Fantastic! Hotel for every recommendation!
