Really nice entrance and garden. Location next to city centre and beach. Free public parking spots (needs some planning and luck).

minor inconvenience, 2nd coffee machine kept malfunctioning during breakfast.

Very small room, very small bath..very basic. Good location, helpful staff.hood breakfast. Needs to have a second coffee machine in the breakfast room.overall fine, clean. Very nice ouside putside patio

Room was a bit like a jail cell. Depressing pale green. Very tight bathroom.

The location is excellent right in town.

Breakfast was poor ,hardly any variety everyday the same .The coffee machines not worked for 2 days.Cant get a glass of wine till after 6 pm and no draught beer. Needs a makeover very tired looking hotel.

Nice hotel in Varazze. Simple but nice breakfast that you can enjoy in their front courtyard. Very close to the beach, and also the entrance of the Lungomare Europa Bike Path. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Location was good. Cappucino was great.

Baby crib was really uncomfortable.

tiny room, no table, wardrobe placed on drawers, so too high, only giants could hand the clothes .Staff : one receptionist arrogant , non- informative. no rules explained I.e. that one has to reserve the dinner in hotel. Booking : has to write in big letters that parking should be reserved by telephone with hotel prior to stay

Main argument is the location which is very well situated in center of the city, close to the beach and all facilities of the city.There is car park places but all requires payement but hotel is offering this service.Cleaning is very well. Breakfast is good for this kind of establishement.

Bed was too small and the room also. I had the feeling to be a student in a bedroom in highschool.The bed mattress was not to most confortable of the world. The morning was a bit noisy also if you want to stay in your bed . Price is expensive for what i got but in Italy hotels are expensive and it was the high season.

rooms without AC, or AC not working, room for 4 people under the roof was extremely uncomfortable and unbearable
