The location was good, very easy to navigate the small town from the hotel.

Yes, they have parking available, but it is an additional 15 Euro and an underground garage spot that my mini car barely was able to fit into. The front desk woman that checked me in was rude and actually "shushed" me after I said hello b/c she was filing papers when I arrived?!? The room was basic, nothing fancy but was fine. They did not provide guests with any drinking water.

This property is close to everything, it’s a few blocks from the market, a short walk to the Alcazar and a 20 minute walk to the equestrian school. There were many tapas bars and places to eat within a five minute walk- check out Calle San Pablo. My room was spacious and had two large windows, a very comfortable- sized bathroom, a mini fridge and kettle. There was also a daybed that was comfortable to lounge about on. The front desk staff were there 24 hours and very helpful. All in all a great stay.

Large room with comfy beds, airco two chairs. Spacious bathroom with basic amenities. Super friendly staff. Right by the old center of town. Walking distance to everything. Super quiet - no street noise.

good location, near all areas so you can walk everwhere easily, helpfull and nice staff, have parking area under hotel but you should pay extra fee,

the furnishers at room is too old, the bathroom is not very clean some hairs so didnt clean well ,

Nothing to dislike

The hotel is walking distance to all sites in Jerez de la Frontera, we could park the car in the underground parking of the hotel, we liked the room, the balcony and the view from the balcony. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Dona Blanca Hotel. Its location is great—it is easy to reach by car and very central. The room and hotel were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

They couldn’t check me in on time at 2pm. First of all front lady gave me a wrong key, so I went back to front desk to change to correct key. Second of all it was a wrong room, house keeping lady knocked on my door and asked me to back to front desk to change room, finally gave me a room after 10 minutes. Next morning water issue and couldn’t use water to flush toilet or brushing my teeth.
