- The location centre of Jerez plenty of bars and restaurants. The house is stunning with a lot of original features. The feel is very mortician with lovely tiles up staircases etc. The shared kitchen clean and well equipped. The roof terrace lovely. Our double bedroom was spacious and very comfortable bed and soft large towels. Would not hesitate to recommend the guest house.
Cons -
- The designated drying rack is too small! It is only 0.7 sqm, for 100+ people... my clothes were dripped on by dirty laundry and had to be rewashed. The cleaning chemical smell (moderate) will bother some guests in the kitchen, a more natural smell would be more tolerable. The lockers will only accept padlocks of a certain thickness.Despite all this, it still gets a 10/10.
- Someone stole 88€ from me, literally all the cash I had, and the staff didn’t lift a finger. No security, no cameras, no support. It’s the kind of place where you sleep worrying about your things. I would never come back and I don’t recommend anyone to stay here.
- The check in process was complicated and I was unable to pay through their link with an American credit card, but I sent Vivian a message and we worked it out.

The location was wonderful. Just a short walk from the train station. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The directions given were spot on. Great value. Would definitely stay there again.
Extra positive staff, check in before time. Nice room.
Vivian is super nice, the hotel is clean, there's a rooftop terrace, and access to a washer and dryer to do laundry. Room was comfortable, location was great.
The check in process was complicated and I was unable to pay through their link with an American credit card, but I sent Vivian a message and we worked it out.
Fantastic location, about a 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants and 10-15 minutes from sights. We had double room with private bathroom, the bed was so comfy and the room a good size and nice and quiet. Also has a lift to higher floors which is really helpful.
Bathroom has seen better days, the ceiling is cracked and shower leaks a little so floor gets very wet.
Very clean and quiet, with an impressive kitchen (though not much need given the great Tabernacos in Jerez). Shared bathrooms spacious and well maintained.
It's a guesthouse operated kind of a like an Airbnb, you just check yourself in and there is no staff around other than the cleaners. Lots of common space, but no vibes.
Staff was very friendly, the guest house is clean, there's a big kitchen and a big living room as well as a terrace. Super easy to do the late check-in and check-out.
Vivian and her assistant were attentive to all my needs. The kitchen facilities were fabulous and dining area great for meeting other travelers. Excellent locale.
Great in all respects. No complaints
Far too many emails from them re check in and codes and it seemed I was always having to send more info. It all worked perfectly but you have to check your email
The staff was nice, the place is amazing for the thr price. They clean everyday. They were lind with me for a my family situation.
Amazing stay! Vivian is a fantastic host, very friendly and a wealth of information about what to do on Jerez. And her guest house is exceptional! My spouse and I chose a room with a private bath. It was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The common areas were very welcoming and cozy, and the shared kitchen is exceptional. 100 percent recommend. We will be back.
So clean and quiet and comfortable! I loved spending time on the rooftop terrace. And you are located in the middle of the center. I will return next year for sure!
Nothing! Even the shared bathroom felt like it was private because I never saw anyone but myself use it and it was so clean. Highly recommend!
Very clean roomVery comfortable bed and pillowsThey heated the room for me before I cameVery easy self check inFast communication on wtsappVery central location - 10 min walk to the train station, 5 min walk to the city centerI requested a room on a higher floor, I got it
Kitchen could use some love. It was clean and functional but bit cold and only 2 burners to cook at. Hostel wasnt full so it was possible. The hostel could provide scissors in the kitchen as well as foil for the little oven they have. The shower head in the room is but high for small people like me :)
Loved having a bed properly made with sheets and duvet and even a towel ! Access was simple, everything was clean and comfortable , only saw staff when I checked out.
Nothing. All was great
A true traveler's hotel. It has private rooms as well as hotel type accommodations. Unpretentious in the best sense. Good washer and dryer available for a very modest fee. Vivian is a dynamic and interesting owner/manager. Located on a quiet street just off the main street of central Jerez. Markets, restaurants, and shops nearby.
We loved the authentic look of this beautiful 200 year old restored Spanish house. The tiles were amazing and the lobby and rooftop were so trendy. Viv the host is also very helpful and recommended a fab spot for breakfast a 1 min walk from the property.
Well located and clean and and modern
A guy snoring but Vivian can’t do anything for that , this is the life in dormitory
