    Pros +

    • Staff are extremely pleasant, owner is lovely to talk to; and for a non native Spanish speaker they really try to work with you. Cleaner works around your schedule and is very accomodating. I originally booked a single room for two weeks and then a double room for the following two weeks. They upgraded me to the double room for the whole stay, which was much nicer for me. Highly recommend, the location is perfect and they have parking out the back for a decent price.
    • It was cheap & close to the city center. The parking is in the back of the hotel, via Calle Escuelas (electronic key to enter). As I traveled alone I was happy to book a single room, but when booking I did not realize it was also a wheelchair-accessible room. Oops.
    • The property was basic but very clean a very big bathroom but we were able to take our dog. We were only staying one night and it was fine. Staff were really lovely!

    Cons -

    • There was mold on the shower-curtain and on the bathroom door. The shower-curtain rings did not hold the curtain when opening or closing it. In a wheelchair you would not have been able to look in the rusty mirror, and the loose tablet under the mirror was stabilized with a piece of paper. They had an air-fresher above the entry door spraying out its stuff every 30min. I switched it off (which you can’t do when in a wheelchair) and after a while the room smelled like someone had smoked in it before. The bedside lamp was fixed with plastic tape. Nobody of the staff spoke some English (which is not required of course, in Andalusia). They seem to serve food too, as there were tables in the banana-tree backyard, but nobody explained me anything about that.
    • Old fashioned but perfectly fine for our stay. Staff helped with parking at the back of property which was a little difficult to find but ok!
    • Slightly shabby, although there was renovation and decoration going on. Door difficult to lock/unlock. Poor shower. Fridge was so noisy we had to unplug it.

Good location. Very helpful staff. Clean. Quiet

A very basic 2 star-type hotel but really convenient for Jerez Centre.

Bedroom facilities very roomy but very dated. Terrace outside really a non-starter due to surrounding buildings and two continually barking terrier dogs next door.Car parking very roomy but looks like a bomb site.

Proper hotel with a reception - no annoying messages bugging me about when I am going to arrive. No English spoken, but that made it a proper experience - all in a very typical Andalucian building with inner courtyard. It's even possible to find overnight parking very close by on the street, despite this being within the 'old town'.

Just one thing. Like everywhere in Spain, I was sent scary, stress-inducing messages ahead of time demanding some sort of 'obligatory' online check-in. I was right to ignore this, because it turns out this could be done at reception, which was no surprise because that is the reason you HAVE a reception. If there is one thing getting on my nerves, it is messages giving me homework before my stay - maybe Gen Z thinks nothing of it, but the last thing I want when I've got important work or holidaying to do is to have to fill out forms on a screen. (Unless you're going to give me a discount for the work...?)

    The location was excellent

It really needed a facilities upgrade. The mattresses, the bedding, the towels. The shower head really needed to be cleaned or replaced as there was very little spray left. Also, the gentleman behind the desk really need to stop smoking in doors. Even with the front door ajar, the odor was palpable.

Location was quiet but centre easily accessibleSecure parking availableFriendly staffFull sized fridge in the roomGreat outdoor terrace area

Overpowering smell of cigarette smoke permeating the hotel in the morning

Bit of a garden/patio, fantastic location, great value for money.

Very little English spoken, but that’s understandable.

    Passable

It was listed as an apartment. But all that was provided was a fridge.NO cooker/microwave or kettle. It was stuffy when we arrived. The spa bath tub didn't work and when I tried to use it it was leaking water around the edges.

Location is excellent and the safe carpark on the site is magnificent.

You can hear everything from other rooms and from the street. Take earplugs with you if you're a light sleeper :)

Great little hotel on the edge of Jerez old town. The family suite was huge and well equipped, with a sofa area, large TV and a Spa bath. There is secure parking around the back of the hotel.

Air conditioning, clean bathroom, comfortable beds

    no elevator

We liked everything. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Convenient location within walking distance of the old town. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has covered parking spaces in a private car park, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. A supermarket is a five minute walk from the hotel. Excellent combination of price and quality. We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.

Air-condition, location, post apocalyptic style, no guests

The place felt like it was falling apart

Very close to centre but a very noisy hotel

We were on the ground floor by reception and heard everything in reception, the road and dogs that were yapping for an hour in the courtyard. Too noisy for me

    5MartinPosted on: 9-12-2022

Location no bad, possible to park nearby

No bar or breakfast, but could get breakfast from a local bar

    Well located

Beds were uncomfortable and noisy. Facilities are old and need renew.

    10AlexPosted on: 7-7-2022

Nice staff that made me feel welcome! Room was everything I needed for my stay at a VERY reasonable price. I would stay again.

Maybe a fan or aircon but my stay was still comfortable.

    7SiobhanPosted on: 4-30-2022

Good location. Reasonal sized room and bathroom for the price. Very clean

The room was on the street near the front door so very dark as the shutters were closed and very noisy due to Spanish guests (?) shouting and banging doors late at night.
