Pros +
- Location
- The good: breakfast was very good and abundant; dinner nicely decorated (indoors) and staff very attentive; Front desk staff very professional and attentive; We appreciated having soap in bath tub and sink; Wifi works great; Bed and pillows comfortable, bed linens and towels white and clean; Room smelled clean; a/c worked fine.
- The staff at this Hotel are amazing, it was a last minute trip for Jerez MotoGP. Could not fault it, they where accommodating, helpful and met our demands. :)
Cons -
- It was old and needed to be updated. There were 2 large holes in the wall. Toilet plumbing was rusted. Headboard broken and banged against the wall. Sheet was slightly dirty. Back outside rooms were dark. Motion lights take a couple seconds to turn on.
- Bathroom: tub with cracked tiles and rust; the sink is too tall, I could barely reach to wash my teeth; poor lighting. The Room: was ready at 16:30, not at 15:00 as announced; to get to the room, one walks through a metal hall (bridge) in dire need of paint, it looks like a factory, rusty and ugly; furniture laminate peeling off. Other: several black plastic bags full of linens (sticking out) stacked on the floor next to the elevator and the stairs (when we arrived and still there when we left the next day). We consider the hotel a 2 star rather than 3.
- Nothing really, if anything the breakfast could have some more cerals but that is a minor thing.

The location was great. The breakfast was very good and lots of variety. Very good value. Staff friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
There is no hotel bar.
Location is great , close to the train/bus station and walking distance to the centre.
The room was dark, dirty and outside the main building.
The rooms were clean and the hotel is in a great location.
The hotel is very tired. The breakfast is poor.
Hotel was clean bright and welcoming the reception staff could not do enough for me.
Location and breakfast
Lees noise
24h reception.Comfy pillows - as in, not as soft as they normally are in hotels, which is a plus for me.Great location, within a short walking distance of the historic center and a 24h parking (paid).
The room didn't look anything like the photos. No insonorization at all, you could hear other guests walking by and opening their doors, as well as staff going past with trolleys and even noise from the breakfast room, as it was close to our room. The mattress in one of the beds (twin room) had a strong depression in the middle, where if I tried to stay closer to the edge, i'd just roll inward. The shower towels were very old and one of them had a huge hole in it.The view out the window was to a minuscule inner opening, with a ramp to a garage just below. One of the windows in front of us was of a staff area (probably the kitchen) which was open, so you couldn't have both daylight and privacy, it was either one or the other, as the courtain was black-out style. The photos of the breakfast were misleading as well. There was variety of items but nothing seemed actually fresh. Plus, there was an attendent but she didn't ask us (or any other guests we saw walking in) for our room number.Overall the facilities are very dated and in serious need of refurbishment. There was a painting on the corridor on the way to our room that was on the floor. The wall where it was supposed to be hanging from had glue all over it and a massive hole at the bottom. It was like this on the afternoon when we arrived and it continued this way next morning when we left.
The location was perfect, because I was attending a concert at La Guarida del Angel, which was less than a 5 minute walk. Fantastic price too!
The bathroom layout was odd. The toilet was crammed between two walls, which made it uncomfortable to use.
Only the lication.
Totally overpriced for the bad quality that you get there.Already from the entrance door you can see, smell and feel that the hotel is not really maintained. We got a room on the ground floor, close to the kitchen. The first night we got a small lizard in the room, the second night we got a cockroach. The staff suggested we change the room but none of the potential rooms was better - one was smelling tough like cigarettes, the other had the toilet so close to the bidet, that you could not really use any.The breakfast buffet was not good. Food looked and tasted like it stayed there for days. The restaurant is not maintaned.Would preferably have had a simple coffee and a simple tostada, than a buffet which is not fresh.
Very good hot and cold buffet breakfast. The publlc alameda in fromt of the hotel was pleasant..
Staff were willing but sometimes not very competent to assiist non-Spanish speakers. To get a boarding pass printed took about 1 hour. The 'ramp' from the hotel doorway to the pavement outside left a 4 cm step which effectively made it useless for unaccompanied wheelchair users, the bottom of the ramp should be flush-flat with the pavement
Very central, staff were helpful and the breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend.
The WiFi was good and the air conditioning in the room worked.Bed was reasonably comfortable.
Cheap but not cheerful. My single room was bearly clean, very sparcely furnished and in need of a lick of paint. Not even a glass to aid cleaning my teeth and rinsing! Over bath shower with torn curtain and no anti-slip mat. Mediocre breakfast, cooked items (eggs, bacon etc) on buffet all cold. No staff anywhere to be seen. Not worthy of three stars
Location great, staff great, price great and for €6 they let me park my motorbike in a secure and handy underground garage. Super breakfast included in the excellent price.Jerez definitely worth a visit. Loved it ??
Bathroom was badly designed so you had to sit with your legs at an angle to avoid the bath. Pretty minor really as excellent value.
In the center Price
First room has smoke smell No ACSecond room no isolation for the noise from road side
Staff is very nice. Breakfast is good. Location is very good
In my opinion this hotel is over-rated. It should have 2 stars only. The rooms are very basic. One of adventagr is low price
Location was good. Staff were friendly. Checking in/out was easy enough.
We had to be relocated room wise because the bathroom was practically impossible to use. The changeover was down to us, no help at all transferring towels, etc. No toiletries available. Breakfast poor choice.
It’s clean and staff are friendly
Quite a walk from the train station
Staff extremely friendly. Location was great. Room spotless and very large
