- A great hotel. The staff were excellent helpful and friendly. The breakast was good with a wide range of choice. The resaurant also served excellent food with plenty of choice.Located about a 20 min walk to the old town, buses available close by.
Cons -
- Placed a family with a crying baby in the adjoining room. When you close the outdoor pool for the season you should allow guests to use the spa pool for free
- Ridiculous pool hours 12-20:00. This place highlights the pool and yet you can't even go in it in the morning or at night. Our daughter was so excited to swim and couldn't. Wifi was slow. The bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom felt a bit dated.
- Upon entering I immediately disliked the smell of the hotel. They use a cleanser that is not familiar and does not smell good. The shower head and corners of the shower had mildew. I told the front desk employee when we checked out but she didn’t seem to care.

Gorgeous, up-scale hotel. Large, spacious room with big, comfortable bedding and a 2-sink bathroom and large walk -in shower. Excellent hot water.On-site, secure parking was a plus. The hotel has a gymnasium, spa and jacuzzi. A beautiful property! The staff was attentive and professional. We enjoyed the complimentary sherry tasting at their restaurant/bar.
I liked the value of this property and the free small glasses of sherry wine.

Good location, very good restaurant and breakfast.Massage at the spa is very professional and not expensive
The staff was excellent and they were really helpful with pretty much everything that we needed for our stay. The hotel is clean, has a good location, good parking area, it's easy to find and access. Overall it was a good enough stay for the 3 days that we spent there.
It's a bit far from the city center, can't say it's an easy walk there. You might need a car if you wanna move around. There are some obvious signs that the hotel is old and I think the rooms need some improvements. There are rusted metal pieces in the bathroom, there are some plastic hangers on the bathroom door that are decomposing, the wardrobe has an old look and smell. The breakfast was not amazing, not a lot of vegetarian/vegan or other diets friendly food. The price is a bit high for what the hotel actually offers. It definitely needs some improvements to make it worth the money.
We were given a free upgrade on arrival. My hubby is disabled and they were very helpful, allowing us to park in a disabled bay even though we didn’t have our blue badge. The room was beautiful and the facilities were fantastic.
Clean room
Construction work going on which we didn’t get told about. A mechanical hoist was right outside our room. We asked to move rooms & our new room still had the hoist outside right by our balcony! Staff told us no work in the morning but at 9/9.30am the hoist with a workman was right outside our balcony!!!
Good location. Good restaurant. Helpful staff
Bathroom could be modernised
Free parking, great selection of hot and cold foods at breakfast.Friendly staff, spa nice and clean and not expensive. Fridge and kettle inside each room.
Cleaning staff insist on knocking on the door for cleaning even with the do not disturb sign on the door. And on the day of check out an hour before we were due to check out, they were asking to clean.Lockers in the spa were not free, and it wasn't mentioned until you were inside, not sure where they expected me to pull a euro coin from.
On site bar/restaurant great with friendly staff and good food. Reception staff also good. You can walk into town in 20 minutes and a cab back was reasonably priced. Parking onsite was easy too.
There was building works and car park repairs going on! Could be quite noisy at times abd not all the facilites were open because of that!
Very nice stay in Hotel Jerez & Spa. The room we stayed in was lovely, beds very comfortable and great shower. The bar was fabulous- very nice food. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Would recommend reserving a table for food at the bar early as it fills up very fast.
Good size room .Location .Parking.
Unfortunately there are no drawers not even small ones under bedside shelve. Fine for 1 night stay but not for longer. Could easily be rectified as space in wardrobe next to fridge.Bed linen not good quality for a hotel of this standing.Had to pay for the indoor pool.
Although tiered in places they are working on upgrading the rooms and it is generally a great hotel. The staff are excellent..They go a bit mad on cleaning products every day so the room smells like a cheap air freshener. I'm not sure if they are covering something up, or it's just a policy. But the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff super friendly. Great location too.
Nice hotel. Getting tired but they are updating, so that's good. Great staff. Fantastic restaurant. Good location Would stay here again. In fact I extended my current stay!
Location and good service all round. Food in restaurants excellent
There seemed to be furniture moved around in the early hours, scrapping on the floor above. Both nights
Quality of public spaces, room facilities, the spa & outdoor pool area. Very quiet & good location for parking and walking to the city centre. We were attending the Flamenco Festival and all venues were approximately 30 mins walk
Nothing. It's all excellent
The helpful and friendly male receptionist who checked us in and gave us local information on where to go and things to see. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Plus inclusive secure parking on site.
Pool and breakfast. Although the hot food could have been warmer. Staff, especially at the bar and restaurant, were great and very friendly.
Warm food at breakfast was cold for a couple of days and the spa area is a bit dated and expensive for what it is.. Also this is a personal choice but I prefer my bed a bit firmer
