    • Pool

    Cons -

    • Appalling experience. this hotel should not be open. four stars? It has two members of staff on a Sunday. the "garden" is a non-existent joke. the pool bar had no staff there - you had to ring a bell,. Reception staff lied consistently.
    • There was no view from our window. A kettle so that we could’ve made a tea or coffee would’ve been nice.
    • Hard to find staff. Unpleasant breakfast (super cheap products prepared too far ahead)

Friendly, helpful staff who provided good suggestions for things to visit and places to eat in town and helped with travel arrangements. Spacious, comfortable, clean room and bathroom.Spacious lounges/public areas.Superb breakfast! Hot and cold buffet with a great choice of different items.

The swimming pool was made less inviting by a flock of pigeons bathing in it and causing feathers to float on the surface. The pool was cleaned every day (at least once), but the pigeons always seemed to get in before us! At the time of year we visited, the pool wasn't being used much and in busier times, the pigeons should be less of an issue.

The hotel is a mile away from Jerez train station. You might want to get a taxi to get to the hotel. The staff is lovely, warm and welcoming. They assigned me a large double room with a king-size bed. Rooms are enormous! There is also a pool but I didn't manage to go for a swim.Breakfast isn't included in the price, but I found a coffee place nearby.

The pool is very nice and the breakfast is excellent offering a great variety. It is a quiet area where it is very easy to park.

I would have preferred a softer mattress but it was not bad

Very welcoming, friendly and professional staff. The room was a good size with air conditioning and a lovely, clean comfortable bed and there was a bath and a good shower. The pool and pool area was great, and the buffet breakfast was outstanding and for both of these I would definitely visit again. Room service was also available, plus there was a mini bar, but I didn't use them.

The bathroom lacked light and the room decor a little dated and the bath/shower although clean needed descaling. Although there were coffee vending machines in the hallway, it would have been nice to have some coffee making facilities in the room. No daytime or evening meals in the dining room or pool area, which didn't affect me so much, but it would have been nice to have the option.

    The staff was great

The room was terrible- very loud- next to elevator and no insulation

    8MargaritaPosted on: 5-29-2024

Nice location and the staff was friendly

The room was tight and the staff insufficient (number assigned) because the hotel was really busy, two times I had to go to the reception because they didn’t pick up the phone, the excuse is that they were not enough to attend all the needs of the guests.

Good-sized room, spacious and light communal area. Nice view from room. Free parking.

Very tired. Posts (blue?) outside property extremely faded. Feels very old-fashioned and out of date. Mini-fridge wasn’t cold at all. Lamp to left of bed wasn’t assembled correctly so we had to fix it. No amenities like comb, cotton buds. Toothpaste etc

It was spacious and the bedroom was comfortable

There was building work going on in the hotel near our bedroom. We awoke at 8am through the noise of the building work. I was looking to use the swimming pool but it was locked up. It was a sunny day but there was no seating outdoors. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea.

    hotel overall is great

our room was too noisy, but the girl on the front desk helped us switch our room to a very quiet and peaceful area

Staff were great and friendly we extended the stay we had a lovely extra big bed :) breakfast was really good unfortunately we didn’t use the pool

Only thing missing is a balcony really but the ground levels have an area for outside space

    8KristinaPosted on: 10-6-2023

    Very good

Selection of hot dishes for breakfast could have been better. It was one type of sausages and cold scrambled eggs only.

    5GwenPosted on: 10-5-2023

Not much. Room was ok, nice big bed. Pool was a good size. The area around the hotel was nice. There was a lovely park area with some nice bars & restaurants.

Pool had railings around it which i hate. The area around pool could have been lovely but it looked like it hadn't been swept in days. There were broken umbrellas. The pool had lots floating in it. It had 4 cabanas around the pool that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was a pool bar which wasn't open. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. We could not get a drink or anything to eat until after 5pm unless it came out of a vending machine.

Very corporate and coach trips took priority

No bar service until 17.00. The pool area was in need of lots of TLC and a good clean up of bird droppings. Also no restaurant other than for coach trips.

Nice location. Nice pool. Very good breakfast.

Old hotel so noise from other rooms and corridors can be annoying
