Breakfast was good.

The steak I ordered on the restaurant, and three other from the same party came well done and we all ordered medium rare.

The location close to the airport.Very good restaurant ,beautiful terrasse with a view on the golf,Very good breakfast.Excellents chocolates made by an artist!

The room/villa was wonderful, excellent view, spacious and comfortable. Food choices were excellent, enjoyed the lounge choices.Golf course was visually stunning, and we were paired with another couple and had a great experience.

Spa too far from the main building. The surroundings give the hotel a sense of isolation until we get inside the hotel and see the golf grounds. The unfinished buildings look really ugly near the hotel and the entrance is not cared.

Too much noise from the doors and my room was by the emergency stairs and the staff kept moving things arid which made a lot of noise Have to sort out the doors just to loud

Fantastic staff all around, great quite breakaway. Decent food.

View wasn't exactly as advertised, but explained this to the staff who were able to accommodate us otherwise.

The hotel accommodated a lot of guests from England who were inconsiderate and very loud. We had a room on the ground floor and everything was heard.

I wasn’t able to use the wifi to connect to my device in my room. The rooms are tired and need updating, key card not working properly, noise from plumbing from the floor above, window not secured well, quite cold in the room and the heating set to a specific temperature and would not allow any increase. All things that shouldn’t happen in a 5 star hotel. It’s a shame because I suspect ten years ago the hotel was impressive.

Food service and staff

It needs a major upgrade. Bathrooms very old, facilities not up to date, pathways showing wear and tear. Bar area was not as clean e.g. tables, glasses as one expects for top hotel. Golf course condition has gone down from my last stay some years ago.

Great location next to the Jerez race track. Very quiet, outside the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is set adjacent to a golf course.

We went for a wedding in Jerez. We stayed in the adjoining villas. We took my mother whom is disabled and wheel chair bound. We also had my cocker spaniel. We paid the supplement for the dog, but did not recieve the bed, or dog food. In fact when we checked out we saw housekeeping had it neglected to deliver the pet package (as it was sat on their kart). In addition, and more seriously - I returned from the wedding after midnight; to access the villa we had to go down stairs (with a hand rail, which was acceptable) to access the front door. Unfortunately, was no working lights for the villa around the front door. We had great difficulty getting my Mother in the villa in the darkness. This I was very poor, considering I had taken the time to contact and visit the hotel a month before. Safety for disabled guests needs to be reviewed as this was piss poor. Also I expressed to the front desk, concerns regarding buggy drivers driving unsafely.

Great breakfast , v nice room. Everything was great . Right next to the circuit so was the perfect location .

Terrible, horrible, a disgrace to call this a 5 star hotel

This was by far my worst Hotel stay ever. This is not even close to being a 5 star hotel, its closer to a 3 star or bad 4 star hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk didnt even have someone to help with our luggage . The Villa I reserved was dirty and not at all of good standard. Facilities were broken, we had bugs in the Villa and it didnt offer any of the standard facilities you usually get at a 5 star hotel. The food was a disaster. Bad buffet quality and ants on the tables and around the buffet region.

Golf and hotel in same area

We were a party of 16 friends , booked 10 months in advance and the hotel was overbooked so we not all together , 8 of us had to stay in villas located 5 mins from hotel! Not very good

Lovely location and room with a great view. Lovely food. Nice grounds and pleasant swimming pool. Staff very helpful.

Parking could be a bit easier but no other negative issues at all

Bath rooms should care for separate shower . Found showering in the bath was unstable for my age.
