The hotel is very nicely places to start exploring Jerez comfortably and despite it not having a parking lot, there is a fairly priced parking lot right 5 minutes on foot from it. The staff was nice, helped us locate the parking lot and gave us information on things to do in Jerez. The room wasn't fancy and some facility were a bit old, but it was way bigger than expected and allowed us to be very comfortable during the night and everything was working perfectly.

Very old hotel with poor soundproofing and leaking roof. We had to change rooms at 23h because at the room on the top floor, we were given first, when it rained heavily, the water flooded half the room. In the new room the door to the balcony did not close tightly on the latch, so the street noise kept us half-awake all the night. A dog from one of the neighboring rooms was scratching at the door for few hours.

Safe storage for bicycles. Elevator. Girl at front desk. Shower. Quiet. clean.

The hotel looks a little dated but the staff are very friendly speak really good english. The location is brilliant and the rooms are very clean!

is a fair room for the price I paid, was clean and decent.

the doors were not closing properly, for example entrance door had to be closed with some pressure making noise, it seems the other rooms in the floor did too because we could hear it when other guests were coming or going. Same with the bathroom door. The bathroom is separated by a glass door from the main room, is not clear glass window but if you are a shy person I do not recommend this room. you can hear anyone doing their thing in there or sort of see through.

Full of bedbugs, awful, spent the night in the bath to avoid all contacts with the sheets

Hotel is dated & needs reform! Loved the retro bathroom tiles however! They should stay!

Location is okay, staff friendly

The rooms are very, very poor and not clean at all. Bathroom has stains all over the walls and the floor in the room was disgusting. Paid for a room with balcony and AC; there was no balcony and the AC was not working. The room only had one super small window which looks out to another wall.

Weird smell to the room, like the plumbing was broken. No parking and hard to find one in the street. Didn’t feel very secure with the locks on the doors and the Bathroom was falling apart

If you want to have a nice time in Jerez, book another hotel

The hotel is a shabby place that has a stale smell about it. The windows are barred, no view, the corridors are hardly wide enough to wheel a suitcase through. The atmosphere is gloomy. The bathroom was dirty, there were "remnants" of pevious visitors. The sheets looked used.

Blankets on the beds had stains. That gave us feeling that they are not clean. Didn't use them. Luckily it was warm weather.

We could change the room to get air con at 1:30 the night before. Air con was great. Great location. Nice bathroom.

Loud but not as loud as previous stays.

The room was not clean. Incredibly, everything smelled like cigarettes. A killer place to be if you are allergic.
