Pros +
- Great location, and if there might be noise from the traffic, I did not hear anything, since my room was facing the closed "patio". It was in walking distance to everything.
- Location was great, not right on a square, so noise was minimal, but a short walk to restaurants and local attractions. Breakfast was very reasonable and variety provided was commiserate with price. AC was great, so could keep room cool at night.
- Nice location near old town Jerez. The bathroom had been remodeled and was nice.
Cons -
- Maybe the breakfast was a little too lavish, and I expect there to be a lot of waste. I would have been just as happy, if there was less choice. :-)
- Bed were hard and I woke up with a sore back. Our room was rather dark, since we our window looked into small enclosed opening, but I didn't go to Jerez to look out my window.
- I wasn't really disappointed because I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel. It was a decent hotel to stay for a night or 2.

Good location, parking in the basement. We could walk to everywhere in the center, which was important for us.Nice place overall.Had a great breakfast, it was not included in our booking and we woke up late, so the staff stayed extra time so we could finish our meal.
The air conditioning was not working in the building.Front desk staff let us know before checking us in and offered to show us the room.We accepted to stay, it was not nice, as it was a hot day.
We had a good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the historic downtown — and having on-site parking available (even at an additional cost) was a big plus. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day. The staff was really friendly and helpful, providing us with great information on how to get around town.
The main downside was the condition of the room as it seemed quite dated, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, which could be uncomfortable during warmer nights. Fortunately, the weather was mild during our stay, but it’s something to keep in mind.
This is a lovely hotel in a good location, only a short stroll from the main centre of Jerez where as well as the attractions you visit Jerez to see, there a plenty of restaurants, bars & cafes & shops. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was large, bright, clean & airy with a pleasant view. The bed was comfortable and the shower room spacious and clean. Every member of staff we met was pleasant and helpful, and we were made to feel welcome from the moment of checking in.Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with a good range of choice, all you could ask for really. We didn’t want to leave to go home! Jerez is lovely & we loved the hotel. Thank you!

The bed is very confortable and the location is quite calm.
The location is unaccessible by public transport from the train station. Thus, you need to walk15-20 minutes if you don't want to take a taxi. The hotel is little bit older than it appears on the photos.
Good rooms in great location and excellent breakfast
No tea or coffee maker in the room. You had to pay to get tea and poor quality coffee in paper cups from the lobby.
Central location very convenient for most places of interest. The Alcázar, cathedral, etc., are 11 or 12 minutes' walk away, and lots of restaurants and bars will be passed (or not!) on the way. Having a car park on site is a big bonus in this city centre location for those, like us, arriving by car. The room was a decent size, comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was all that was required. The breakfast was more than adequate for us with a good selection of most things. The staff were friendly too! We'd certainly stay in this hotel again.
We had difficulty locating the hotel while travelling by car. Perhaps it was just the sat nav not understanding the address in that main thoroughfare, one-way circumambulatory system.
The location is great for walking to all sites. Room and bathroom both spacious. If you’re driving, pull up in front of hotel and go inside to get directions for hotel underground parking because you’ll need your GPS to go around a few blocks to the parking garage. Parking is fairly easy and then you take elevator up to reception. We were able to check in very early.
We liked everything about the hotel.
Esther at reception was excellent! She was very helpful, and had excellent recommendations for things to do and places to visit in the city! 10/10
My room was quite noisy (the alley beside the building echoed, and you could clearly hear anyone in the hallway) and the aircon didn’t seem to work.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a great central location with bars, restaurants, shops and sights all within easy walking distance. We always stay here.
Location really good. Only a 5-10min walk to the old town centre. Not too noisy as the road it is on is not that busy. Unfortunately we did not have breakfast on this occasion but had great feedback from a fellow guest so will opt for this next time. We did like the drinking water in reception (flavoured with cinnamon sticks and fruit slices) at the guest's disposal.Fixtures and fittings great and room very clean and comfortable. Very helpful and responsive staff. I informed reception on my way out that there was a small issue with the shower connector (leaking slightly when in use, but then going down the plughole). This was not an issue for me, but thought it best to let them know as a small amount of water was being wasted each time. On my return, the whole mixer tap had been replaced with a new one. Impressive - especially it being a bank holiday. Also, a day after checking out I called to tell them that I had forgotten to take my Euro converter plug from the room. It had been found, and they kept it in reception/housekeeping for me, to be picked up by a relative a few days later.
The location of Hotel Jerez Centro is its standout feature. Situated right in the heart of the city, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring Jerez’s charming streets, historic landmarks, and vibrant restaurants. Being so close to everything made getting around effortless and enjoyable.
Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel itself was far from positive. The rooms are outdated, with floorboards visibly moving apart, creating an unpleasant and unsafe feeling. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, making restful sleep nearly impossible, and the pillows were made of some sort of plastic material, adding to the discomfort. The most troubling issue was the strong smell of barbecue smoke in the room until 3 a.m., which permeated everything and ruined any chance of a good night’s sleep. Between the poor room conditions and the smoke, my stay was deeply unsatisfactory.I cannot recommend this hotel in its current state and will not stay here again unless significant updates and improvements are made.
Hotel in the centre of the town but no noise. Ample parking underneath, No need to use the car.
View into another room over a small courtyard. Occupants smoking as they leaned out of the window. Cig ends in courtyard below!
Perfect location for exploring Jerez... everything within easy walking distance! Very clean establishment, spacious room, and an outstanding staff.
Nothing not to like.
Brilliantly located for the old town and with its own underground parking. Large comfortable room, with a good breakfast selection
The hotel would benefit from some updating and a softer treatment of the large public areas.
Breakfast was great. The hotel needs a little refurbishing. Staff is fantastic!
Room is too simple. No bags for laundry, no coffee or tea in room.
Good location for me as I was close to the centre of town and for Jerez race circuit
Bed a little uncomfortable
Central location, parking, nice breakfast
Hotel got a bit of a worn out look
