    Pros +

    • Good Business traveller hotel with local styling, on the ring road yet an easy walk to the historic centre. Parking spaces on the property and also nearby roads.
    • Typical, near road hotel. Clean, 24h reception.
    • For feria 2024 there was a bus stop behind the hotel for the E-19 line that took you directly to the feria. The return route dropped you off farther away. Lines 2 and 9 also pass by this stop. Single ride costs 1.10€. The hotel also provides a ride service to the feria. I was told 10-15€ a ride depending the hour. If you need a pharmacist the one nearby speaks English.

    Cons -

    • Queue for checkin or information, only one staff for many rooms.
    • At times there was a plumbing smell coming from the shower drain. Despite having A/C you can’t control the temperature.
    • 1 of the pillows was very hard and the WiFi didn't work in the room

Don't be put off by the outside, inside it's cosy and clean and there's everything you need. There's a cafeteria next to it for breakfast and light meals.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city. It has very easy access by car with free parking. it is right next to a busy road but we didn't find that really an issue even though our room was on that road side. With windows closed and air con on noise was not excessive. The staff at the hotel are all excellent friendly and helpful. Good breakfast in the bar restaurant downstairs they also do a good evening meal and prices are very good. The walk into the town centre is quite pleasant we found two routes neither difficult. We are a couple on our late 60s and walked in to and out of the city sights every day with no problem. We had a very pleasant 4 day stay and would use again if visiting Jerez.

The hotel is not super modern and dated but the price reflects that.

    Fine for a short stay.

Strong drain smell in my room 124 during the night. Also be prepared for a 15min walk to get to the centre.

During Feria of Caballos, the hotel stuff offered (transport for extra pay) from and to Feria which was amazing, as we didn’t have to wait for taxis.

The quality of breakfast could be better - very basic.

    staff very nice

room pretty depressing, location more suited to guests driving past. Very loud.

Breakfast was very good, I was really excited by Jorge, he was very friendly and he was so patient, because we speak only English and he only Spanish.

The place inside is VERY nice! It doesn't look great on the outside, but don't be afraid because the inside is spacious and clean. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were very nice, and they also gave us parking which was very cool!

It"s not close to the city so we did have to drive out to reach it, but it's not too far either.

It's a cheap hotel, and it would be fine in normal circumstances - but during the Feria, the price for a room switches from 45€ to 120€ - absolutely not worth it, given the conditions and location. The bar downstairs makes very nice breakfasts.

Bring ear plugs: you will hear each and every person coming back at night after partying, and all the cars passing by on the street.

    6JulietPosted on: 5-17-2022

Location on very busy road but, as 'advertised', was indeed within walking distance of the centre of town, which was what we needed. Also a bus into town stops almost outside (#2) which was helpful. The paintings and decor of the hotel added interest.

I didn't like the vast price hike to €140 for the Saturday night. Shocking. If I had paid the usual price for the two nights that would have been very fair for the location and type of hotel, but not at that price! The receptionists had limited English, but luckily my friend spoke Spanish.

    8JianPosted on: 3-21-2022

The room is clean and spacious.

The parking lot is right beside the main road without any barrier. Sometimes I am afraid the car parked there may be hit by the traffic. The location is a little long if walking to Jerez old town.

Walking distance to centre, cathedral, bodegas
