    Pros +

    • Parking and the breakfast
    • Very comfortable and clean unit. Good beds and good access to roads.
    • Depending on your reason to visit, it can be a good location.

    Cons -

    • Rooms without fridge and a bit expensive
    • Outdated hotel with rooms that are not up to the usual Ibis standards as far as interior and facilities go. Staff does try their best, but comfort and modernization isn't something they can fix. Breakfast was overcrowded for the area. Booked three, but we left after one night.
    • We chose the hotel mainly because of the pool, but you weren't allowed to get in before 12:00 and it was closed already at 20:00. (And all that during a main season). We didn't have a chance to use the pool :(And the rooms are pretty old only bathrooms partially renovated. In both rooms there was a stifled smell. Like in the past it was allowed to smoke and the smell had gotten into furniture. Lousy breakfast (not much to choose). Could say understaffed, could not cope with the refilling. At least they were nice.

The clean of the room and the comfy bed

    No vegan options for eating

    7ColonPosted on: 2-13-2025

Easy to find, friendly staff, food was nice

Room on the ground floor by the main road it was quite noisy. There were mattresses top that were sliding from top of the mattress.

Free parking. Clean room with comfortable beds.

No coffee/tea making facilities in room.I specifically emailed the property ahead of my stay to ask for twin beds which they confirmed. At check in I was given a double bed.

    7ElizabethPosted on: 2-3-2025

    Provided everything required.

The overpowering chemicals in the room atmosphere from cleaning products. Choking/throat clearing all night. Too cold to sleep with window open.

Close to the Jerez Hospital for follow-up treatment as we live in Ubrique. Great location for quick shopping. It is a shame, though, that the area is quite a bit run down and shabby.

Run down areas across the hotel. Would be nice to have a place to sit outside .

Nice staff, clean bedrooms and lovely breakfast. Perfect for what we needed

The staff were lovely and very helpful. If you have a car, it's a great place to stay.

The location was a bit remote for me since I was travelling alone and using public transport. You can take a bus from Lidl to the centre and there's a bus stop opposite that will take you to the train station but it takes quite a while to get there.

    Free parking

The location wasn’t what I expected. I thought it was a walk away from the town centre, which is - 26min walking, but there’s nothing to see around that area. We ended up using the car and parking in the city. The room we were staying in was very hot, central heating was on on a warm day and we had no control over the temperature inside our own room. We had to open the window to try to get some cold air only to have mosquitos flying in. We couldn’t sleep because it was hot and mosquitoes were biting us and zooming around our ears.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good and tasty.just across the road there is a big shopping mall in case you need to grab something the last minute.

Rooms I guess need some maintenance or refreshments on the furniture but anyway we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel staff were lovely, helped whenever we needed, the room is not huge but has good storage, a TV, the bathroom is a good size with a walk in shower which was great. the bed was super comfy and a really good size. the only 'bad' thing is that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. there is a supermarket across the road if you want any snacks etc. The area the hotel is in is a little edge of the town/industrial in terms of there is warehouses across the road and a duel carriage way outside but we were in a room that was facing it and it wasnt noisy. the hotel is nice though and very good value. there is a secure car park which is free.

have tea and coffee facilities in the room. there is an old petrol station just outside the entrance to the hotel which could be made to look a little better but this is probably nothing to do with the hotel.

    10MartinPosted on: 10-22-2024

The room was clean & tidy, along with the bed & pillows being comfortable. The bathroom is a good size and the shower was very nice. Our evening meal was served quickly and was good. We didn’t have breakfast, so cannot comment.

The old petrol station opposite looks a mess and the carrefour car park also close by was full of lorries and litter. Nothing to do with the hotel just a shame the surroundings are a disappointment.

    8PeterPosted on: 10-17-2024

Just simple style of budget hotel, but different. Example feature of sherry brands.Pool facility ideal for local climate

Nothing. No issues. Oh, perhaps tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Perfect location to see Jerez and Cadiz .Very nice swimming pool. Staff were fantastic.

Finding very hard to find fault.

    3MitchellPosted on: 10-5-2024

    The reception area.

The surrounds were nothing like they were portrayed on the website. The rundown, semi-industrial nature of the area was immediately off-putting. The room was small and the view was of a wall. The overall impression was so bad we couldn't stay (and left immediately - forfeiting the money we had already paid for the 3 days) there on a holiday that was meant to be special. Perhaps the hotel should market itself as a hotel only for people on business trips.

    7DavidPosted on: 9-28-2024

Quiet pool area. Good breakfast. Staff phoned taxis to get about - only 5 euros to town.

Dinner was poor, not good value, bread was also poor.

    9franciscoPosted on: 9-15-2024

The staff a 10 and the lobby was very cool

The sofa bed had too much dust in room 317. Needs some cleaning.
