Hotel YIT Casa Grande

The staff member that greeted us was very helpful.

The smell in the hotel was awful. Our bathroom stunk SO BAD we couldn't use it and I was gagging from the smell. We left very early in the morning and there was no staff on duty so we just left our keys.

Everything was Good - location was good Nice Staff

The location is very good, pretty central in Jerez. Welcoming staff, helpful with parking and recommendations on places to visit.

The room and most of the indoor area (breakfast etc) in the hotel had a disturbing smell of waste water. The room did not have a window to the open air. The room fridge was very noisy when the compressor started.

The hotel is nice enough, it's clean, bright and close to the town centre

The staff and by extension the owners just did not seem to care and certainly had no concept of service. A couple of examples spring to mind -there was a capsule coffee machine at the breakfast buffet, on our first morning, they ran out of black coffee capsules, I asked for more and was told they didn't have any, fair enough, but we stayed another 3 days and I was told the same thing every dayit was a similar case when we asked to borrow an iron, we just got a flat No, they didn't have one and couldn't help usThey advertise as a 4* hotel, but the level of service was rubbish

The staff was lovely, the ladies were extremely nice and helpful, and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and things to do.The building is beautiful, the rooms are nice, although ours didn't exactly have a window but it was really easily accessible with the stroller. My sister's room was on the rooftop and it was magical.

This is not a critique only of this hotel but I'm lashing out at all these interior designers who had the great idea to put these open-style shower cabins with shower heads so big and powerful that you flood not only the bathroom but your bedroom too literally in 30 sec. But this was the only negative experience we had. And, as I mentioned, we didn't exactly have windows and we like to keep a window open.

Staff was wonderful and accommodating and breakfast was good. Close proximity to the train station.

Lack of amenities (I.e iron), cleanliness.

The location was perfect. Very walkable. We walked from the train station (we have carry on). We had the junior suite on the top floor. No views but very quiet. We didn’t have the breakfast. It had a small kitchen with fridge. We did miss getting up and making a cup of coffee for ourselves. We were well looked after. A fabulous stay.

Lovely staff. Central location but quiet rooms. The rooftop terrace was amazing. Views of the processions for Semana Santa. Breakfast was small but very good quality. The building is very beautiful.

Stayed twice in a couple of weeks, great rooms both times - one in the gallery above the breakfast area, the other opening out on the roof terrace (A3), which was a little more old-fashioned in its decor but a great location. Breakfast is nicely done - eggs and bacon on request, plus the buffet - and you're right around the corner from the market and centre of town, and less than 10 minutes from the train station. I'd absolutely stay here again.

People at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a great deal for the price!

The Location, the building was very historical and tasteful furnished, the outside space was a bonus.

Our stay was very good. The staff were exceptional. Hotel was immaculate and rooms cleaned and bedlinen changed every day.

The facility is a boutique hotel with a cosy and very friendly atmosphere as well as excellent staff.

There’s nothing to mention here.

Avoid the hot breakfast. Window in room looked onto interior corridor. No fresh air. No tea/coffee making facilities. Shower leaked. Sink water very slow to drain. Ultra modern.
