Friendly staff...especially ...very professional, this is my favourite Hotel in the world right now.

Can get expensive in busy times.

breakfast and location were excellent. I liked having the bathtub. I liked having a pool. The staff were good.The elevators were very good. My room was wonderfully quiet. It was not attractive, however. The breakfast room and experience were very enjoyable.

Main dislike was a dangerous step from the bedroom to the wardrobe/bathroom. I had to be so careful. I misstepped once and fell on the very hard floor. Other big dislike were the difficult-to-use bathroom soap dispensers. The ones next to the sink were behind the makeup mirror. The ones in the tub were at the wrong end of the bathtub. Sitting in the tub it was impossible to reach them. All were hard to get soap out of. I bought my own bar of soap.The fence around the pool was very ugly. The sofas and decor in the front lobby/salon area were ugly. The stuffed chair in my room was comfortable but the upholstery was damaged.

Location, nice rooms and friendly staff, specially housekeeping personnel.

The shower had mold spots and the water temperature changed constantly. The shower door did not seal properly, and the floor was wet afterwards.

No slipppers provided . No toilet brush. Please replace toaster regularly toast ended up on the floor.No ketchup when asked and please supply normal bread for toast

The location was good to walk around through Jerez, also if you rented a car just a few meters from the hotel there is an underground parking lot. Rooms are a bit small but enough to have a good rest.

The front desk staff were especially helpful and friendly…exceptional!

There are issues with the breakfast. Sub par…just one person to look after things and she was not very helpful

The location is nice, breakfast was also very good, reception staff spoke good english. Welcoming drinks in the lobby and some sweets available as well

No restaurant in house, the value for money was not that good - quite expensive compared to other options in Jerez, nearby. For the same price (110€ in February 25) I wouldn´t book again, if the price was below 100€ I would consider it. Around 80€ immediately

Low price

It's very noisy in the rooms facing the road. Poor sound insulation in the rooms. Poor room maintenance (for example, clogged sink drain, loose plumbing parts). A very bad breakfast! It's the worst I've ever seen in Spain.

Good size room, great location, helpful staff

No bar/restaurant in hotel. No milk for coffee sachet in bedroom. Maybe add a plate of tomato slices for breakfast for those who want something with cheese other than ham/bacon/sausages

The room was large and clean.

One of the main reasons that I booked this hotel was because it had a gym and sauna, however, these were unavailable during my stay as they were being repaired -- there was no notice of this when I was booking or even when I got there, I found out when opened the door to the gym and bumped into the builder. The building work on the gym also caused quite a lot of noise as my room was next to the gym. So I got the noise instead of the facilities!

Bathroom in need of a refurb.Breakfast had no eggs to order and fresh fruit could be improved.Price for third night (Friday) three times price for first two nights! Made overall price for three nights a bit expensive.No mention when booking that building work going on on floor above.

Very well located nice and clean and a good continental breakfast offer Staff were very helpful

The air conditioning was turned off and the rooms were very hot. The pool was out of action being winter but the spa and sauna were also turned off and we would have had to book a slot with at least 30 mins notice to use them which wasn’t great as ideally when you come in from a day sight seeing it would be nice to use the sauna .

Location and very helpful staff.

Poor maintenance. We had to change room twice due to leaking commode. They set temperature to heat mode at night through out the hotel so we couldn’t sleep as we prefer colder temperatures. Poor breakfast chouices fit which we paid €14/person/day

Staff was great, friendly, helpful and courteous. Property was clean. There were issues due to the rains. The AC was not reliable and we had to keep the windows to keep the room cool.

The staff had challenges due to weather and leaks etc.

Excellent location right next to a traffic free square with bars and restaurants. Large room with large comfortable beds and a huge bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice and regional specialties.

The location and available parking nearby was great.

I left a personal item behind and asked for their help in mailing it back. They said that they would not be able to comply with this request. I will have to go back home and see how I can resolve this situation. For now, the hotel is keeping item safe. This has happened to me on other trips and in other locations, and staff has always helped me to resolve. This was a disappointment.
