No air conditioning,main restaurant closed evenings,issuescwith credit card pre authorisation.

Swimming pool is nice, balcony is very comfortable, it seems that each room has a nice view. Breakfast is good. Location is a little bit far from city center, but still accessible. Parking is big and convenient.

There are a lot of pigeons. It seems impossible to keep 100% cleaness in the swimming pool and around it. My car wasn't clean after one day in the parking.I paid for breakfast twice. I paid with cash on check in, but didn't think about asking for the receipt. Next day when we came to the breakfast it appeared that we had no prepaid breakfast, fortunately there was an option to pay with card on site. Of course I cannot prove anything without receipt, just warn others to remember to grab it if you pay with cash. It would be great to have longer opening hours for the swimming pool, there is no option for early birds to swim in the morning.

Outdoor pool is beautiful but could not get towels. Pool attendant was not there. This was late when we were there so not mid-day. Gym looked decent but too warm to work out since they leave the door open from warm indoor pool to gym. Sauna not open. Restaurant was very pretty. Only had drinks there. The hair dryer went out and they sent someone immediately to fix it! So fast!!!

Gym temp too warm. Room did not cool down sufficiently. Never got below 76-78? We didn’t understand how to get out of the parking lot.

Great position, food fab, very comfortable. The staff were so helpful with taxis and any directions we needed

We loved it. Good food, good prices.It is not central to Jerez but the taxi fare into the town is so reasonable this didn't cause a problem

Everything about the hotel was lovely, the food, the staff and the location

Unfortunately the beds were a little uncomfortable but other than that everything was great

Restricted access to indoor pool

Excellent location - walking distance into town. Lovely grounds and pool. Our room had a terrace looking out onto gardens and was very quiet. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a tapas bar, a restaurant and a bar which is both indoor and outdoor, overlooking the gardens and pool. Had an excellent omelette and chips for about 6-7 euros, freshly cooked. Very good buffet breakfast with huge choice and eggs cooked to order. All areas felt spacious, clean and bright. Good parking which is reduced to 9 Euros at reception for residents. Highly recommended.

The hotel has everything you need and is very comfortable. The hotel room is very large with a lovely terrace enjoying lovely views of the gardens and pool. Easy parking. Excellent WiFi connections. Walking distance to centre. Highly recommend.

Everything. This is my second stay. I was visiting someone who had a car. Breakfast is fabulous, plenty of choice. Grounds and gardens are spacious and well maintained. Hotel is set back from the road so quiet. Short drive to El Puerto de Santa Maria.

Visited at Easter so parking was a bit tricky. Car park fills up early in the evening.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel and we were allocated a recently refurbished room on the ground floor.I was astounded to find that our room had no USB ports at all. We were therefore unable to charge our phones, watches or laptop.We ended up sitting in our car on the hotel car park and running the engine for almost an hour to put some charge onto our iPhones.This the only problem we faced during a truly special stay.

Friendly staff , great location, balcony overlooking a beautifully maintained garden . we enjoyed watching the blackbirds on the lawn.

This was a really unique hotel (LOVED the architecture and pool!). We loved having the large balcony which even had a rack for drying our clothes!! Wonderful staff. Great BIG breakfast which even had customer-made omelets etc if you wanted.

Lovely hotel, big reception area, very bright and welcoming. Lovely car park, plenty of spaces on for us having a larger car it was great that it was above ground and we didn’t have to negotiate very narrow winding slopes to underground level.Very welcoming staff and quick check in. Even though we followed in a coach group we were checked in quickly. Room very nice, would possibly say a bit on the small side but more than adequate for our needs.Really nice decor in the hotel and the room doors were great a;ONG with an electronics button to use for do not disturb or make up the room.Very good location , about a 20-30 minute walk into the centre where you can walk around and visit all the sights.Staff were great in letting us purchase a lunch buffet which was going on as there was a large group and the food was great as was breakfast. A great selection of everything you could want along with very friendly staff.

Slightly larger rooms would have been more comfortable.

Outdoor pool was not open on a lovely warm arrival day.

Me and my friend stayed here for one night for a dance party and it was great, comfortable and clean and overall a nice hotel. I can recommend it!:)

Clean, comfortable, decent little gym, nice restaurant with lovely food and some tasty wines. It’s not right in the centre but that wasn’t a problem for me, it was perfectly located for what I needed it for. Quiet at night. My room had a patio / balcony, which was a nice touch.

Outside pool was closed (it was February so understandable). Gym changing rooms are too small and it doesn’t have yoga / floor mats. I’m fussy and like gyms so probably not an issue for most people.

Good location, easy to park, great value for money, comfy room and bed, large bathroom, balcony, the most extensive buffet breakfast seen!!

Great building. Very good breakfast, and pools.The menu in the restaurant it is poor.

The air conditioning in the rooms cannot be regulated, it cools little. Its a shame they don't repair the air conditioning in the rooms.
