- I recently stayed at this centrally located hotel in Jerez de la Frontera and was impressed by its traditional Andalusian charm. The décor reflects the local heritage, and the rooms are tastefully appointed. Its prime location made exploring the city incredibly convenient, and the rates were excellent for the quality offered. A truly delightful stay for anyone looking to experience authentic local hospitality without overspending.

Cons -
- Room lights very dim!!

- My only constructive critique was the sachets of liquid soap. I found them very hard to open.

The beds were very comfortable and wide for a single bed. The air conditoning worked well and was needed for the summer heat. The staff were very friendly and helpful which was appreciated by myself and my brother.
My only constructive critique was the sachets of liquid soap. I found them very hard to open.
Attentiveness and availability of staff, cleanliness, decor of court yard etc. Location was good.
Fans and air con are a bit rickety and noisy..
Charming hotel in an excellent location. Super-friendly hotel staff who were patient with my very limited Spanish! If you are seeking reasonable accomodation in Jerez, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Really enjoyed my stay and would go back again.
I was travelling on a budget to Jerez for the horse fair - one of the busiest times of the year so not a lot available. The hotel is excellent value but I had a room off the main courtyard (which is beautiful), with a small window and it was dark. It's not really a complaint and next time I will book earlier and pay a little more for a courtyard room.
Originally had single room on ground floor but peole sitting there smoking so was moved to double room on first floor. Nice complimentary gesture
Location fine and nice staff.
Impossible to park near the hotel or even at a few km away.
Good location, staff very friendly and helpful. Building interesting, patio good place for reading. Very traditional and very well priced
Nothing not to like for the price. Recommended
The room I stayed in was very clean and had air conditioning. Clean sheets, clean towels provided. It had nice tile floors and the hotel managers were incredibly nice. The hotel is located close to the city center, and it’s a very small, locally owned place.
The bathroom smelled a little like cigarettes, but that’s the only negative thing.
It was clean and only few minutes away from main Jerez attractions. It’s cheap.
Tiny room, dark, no privacy due to window facing the gallery, AC not working properly, not enough power outlets might be ok 70 years ago but not in 2022. Avoid if you can.
The patios were very pretty. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception manned 24 hrs.
Room was a bit small, but I guess that's the structure of the building. Slight leak from the shower basin.
restored former palacio. friendly staff. Room had a spa bath. had a good soak!
paper thin walls. Bit noisy from road traffic outside
Location was very good, very central.Central courtyards were lovely.Helpful and friendly staff.
Bathroom door didn't close. Couldn't lock it.Heating didn't work.Showerhead difficult to control.
Position
impossibile to lock the door of the room. Dirty and abandoned look like place. Heating wasn't working
It was very nice old style hotel to stay. Good location and easy communication with the stuff.
I liked every about this hotel. great Location, a really lovely old world Andalusian courtyard in which I could do my work, very friendly staff, comfortable room with a great shower.
Everything was great.
A characterful property just a few minutes walk from the centre, not far from the station. All the 3 essentials fulfilled: comfortable bed, good shower and quite cool room
Decor is very tired, the door to the bathroom has splintered and shower cubical door corroded. I couldn’t get the aircon to work but not really required. Main door locked all the time, often took several minutes to get it opened. Finally, all afternoon and evening, they used a power washer in the courtyard near my room washing carpets and furniture, which prevented a siesta.
Location was good, rooms set out around a courtyard. Staff very helpful.
A little shabby around the edges, no hot water the first day, loose basin tap and a small hole in the door which could be used to unlock the door which was a little concerning (Room 112).
