Pros +
- Good, but basic Hotel...we had to change rooms as we were originally given 2 tiny twin beds but this was put right. This place is no frills, no luxury but very good value....however we would prefer to pay slightly more for a fridge and more shower gel!
- Location, atmosphere charming
- Location, price, cleanliness, absolutely no complaints. It's a simple, old fashioned hotel.
Cons -
- no fridge, tiny amounts of shower gel / soap / shampoo...better to charge a Euro or 2 more and provide better facilities for the weary traveller please!
- Very cold
- Rooms have small windows with not sufficient natural ventilation.

We like so much the service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and hotel is super close to the city center.
Rooms have small windows with not sufficient natural ventilation.
Loved the location, my room, the staff...the decor was super!
Well, the Managers both spoke English I. Have a fair knowledge of basic Spanish. This does not usually matter, however a medical problem involving a family member was received at 0500hrs. Both the managers were able to understand my dilemma, and fully supported me. They did not hold me to my booking but helped me locate Travel Agents in Jerez. In short I was able to leave the next day via Jerez and Barna back to Australia. It took me about 50 hours including breaks to get home. I went home 10days early, Pero what can you do,? My family responsibility remains paramount in my life.
Look I was very happy there. I stayed the second night in Spain there, and then left for San Lucar de Barrameda.I made arrangements to stay another spell ( 6dias) at Nuevo in between. I would definitely stay there again.I only just scratched the surface of Jerez. It is the main tourist hub in my opinion. It deserves another visit.
The quiet room was a small, but for a pilgrim okay
shower in a bathtub with curtain
Location was excellent, room was comfortable and staff were friendly.
Nice staff, nice comfortable bed, bathroom with loads of hot water in an old fashioned hotel centred slap bang in the middle of Jerez
beautiful old building , very clean, friendly staff fanatstic bar with really good food very close by , perfect location for the alcazar and cathedral
Good location near town centre, very attractive property inside, great value
Bath and showers small and bigger gel sachets would be better.
Lovely traditional, elegant and distinctive hotel in the centre of Jerez. A great change from the usual chain-hotel. A step back in time to the age of personal service.
Not much.
Great location. EGood value for your money
The hotel can use newer pillows and mattresses.
perfect location bang in the centre.Very quaint tradtional Spanish hotel/
Brilliant location, really friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice decore, facilities good.

Nothing !
Simple hotel, clean, super location, old-fashioned and calm
Great location, simple rooms and very friendly staff
Very well located. Nice, clean private room. Very quiet and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Would stay again!
Very good location in the old town, but in the quiet area. Beautiful building. Everything clean, comfortable beds, really hot shower, TV, AC...
The huge beautiful window is covered with the blinds from outside and you can't lift it up, so almost no daylight, for me it's a big downside. Also the door of the room is very thin, it's almost like there's none, but I saw that doors of some other rooms are already new, so probably it's going to be fixed soon
