Just overall a horrible stay

Everything - staff was rude, incomplete instructions, go and make your own bed if you book for more than 2. Restaurant requires a reservation which they didnt inform us about during check in - when we got there the place was empty however no reservation meant no service. Indoor pool was claustrophobic.

The pool was wonderful and not too crowded. The rooms were comfortable and we were very happy with all this accommodation offered. Our kids enjoyed the kids-club and the location was perfect for easy access to town.

It would have been nice to have some international/English channels on the t.v., we only came across French channels, which was a bit of a disappointment for the kids.

It is brilliant location for exploring the rural Normandy area. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The wifi in our room was not great and seems to be patchy in the hotel.The pool was a little on the cooler side than usual and the steam room and hamman were out of use.

Disappointing because of bathroom

The shower drain was blocked and flooded the floor. One of us fell over on the slippery floor. It was a wet-room style shower with no shower pan.The room was full of dirt and brown slime on the floor coming from the drain.

My fourth stay very convenient for the purpose of my visit

Very noisy neighbours fortunately on my last night and since my last visit it could do with a bit of smartening up certain areas of my apartment were in need of repair. Could have done with a comfy chair as dining room chairs were not great during the evening

Location, beautiful small village, warm pool water, women was very nice at the reception.

It’s not 4 stars, rooms are tired and sheets need to be changed, strong smell when you enter the building.. Kids pool water was cold, other pool was very nice, warm water but my 2 kids cut/hurt their foot fingers inside the water on some sharp edges, thats not ok (same thing was mentioned in other comments).

To be surrounded by nature and it is calm and relaxing. And the plus to have 2 pools one for the kids and the other one for adults and kids cause warmer.

The temperature of the kids pool cause it is a bit cold for our young kids but boat and toboggan kids love itThe pillows in the room were too big and not smooth...

Cleanliness, Room appliances were good, Shower room excellent. Comfortable stay overall.

The Sauna and Hamman were unavailable and this should have been stated at the time of Booking.

Building nice from the outside. Well located. Everything else was just bad!

The building is very dirty. The carpet in the corridors is disgusting and not cleaned regularly. Our room was dirty, there were stains and hair on the mattress, dirt in the wardrobe, the floor had to be cleaned again, there was blood on the floor. There were lots of things missing. No coffee machine etc. Being told to empty my bin in a four star establishment was a bit much. It felt like a camping resort. The wallpaper was torn. This is not a 4 star hotel. Even the pool area and spa was absolutely filthy

Very small swimming pool, steam room.No access to very small thermal pool and sauna without buying additional treatments.

The room was very comfortable and luxurious. The swimming was excellent and very child friendly. The location was very picturesque and peaceful. The food was lovely.

The restaurant design was a little more functional and could have been a bit cosier.

We stayed at B&O Resort during our travels to the south of France, and it was a perfect stopover. Everything was very easy, from check-in to amenities. The well-equipped kitchen made it convenient for us, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. Overall, it was a comfortable and family-friendly stay.

I loved the place where the hotel is located, the exteriors and special appreciation to the two staffs one the gentleman who checked us in on 26th Aug and the engineering guy. Both of them are very polite and came across helpful and passionate about their work.

Besides the exteriors of the place rest all is completely different to what they have on the booking.com. The room, the corridor, the balcony, the pool every thing is horribly maintained and in such a poor condition. I had to buy the cleaning stuff fo Intermarche(market nearby) to clean the whole room and balcony. It took me while 2 hours to clean up the place. We faced a couple of more issues, one the room had double bed and we had to request a number of times to fix it and after 2 days they fixed the bed. The other issue was the balcony door know broken however the maintenance fixed it immediately.The worst part is the staff(2 of them) on the day of check out, one is a young lady who had no antiquities to talk and another is an elderly blonde lady with glasses(both of them refused to give their names and removed the name tag).As we were supposed to check out at 11 my husband requested for a paid late check out which they refused and extended our check out for 30 minutes. We requested them that we have our six months baby that’s making us delayed but they didn’t understand and we had to rush on everything. At 11:40 when my husband went down to throw the bin, the young lady very rudely stopped him and said you have exceeded th time given and she needs the key right now. I wanted to clean the kitchen which had 2 plates and a pan dirty that I could not. At 11:45 while we checked out and we were still struggling to have our luggage’s placed, the elderly blonde lady approaches me and in a very rude tone asked me that if I am going back to the room and when I said no we just checked out. She became aggressive and showed me the picture on her phone literally shoving on my face that I will not let you leave till the time I don’t clean the kitchen. When I asked her to have the communication in a humanly way she got aggressive and started saying words which made me as well nervous. This lady not only embarassed me but also traumatized me to the level that I broke down in

The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant, and the location is quite beautiful.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several significant issues. There was no internet connection in our room throughout our stay, and with very limited mobile service in the area, this was a major inconvenience. The kids' club, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, was closed, and no alternative was provided. Additionally, the washing machine was out of order.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, pool was nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment kitchenette were very useful. Location was within easy walking distance to the town via a nice walk down a wooded path. The town itself is beautiful

No option really to eat in the hotel, and couldn't get a booking, great little pizza place in town nearby for a takeaway
