Location is good but the modern building looks out of place.Nice dinner overlooking lake.

I had requested gluten free breakfast but didn't have any gluten free bread. Very disappointing.

Great location and view of lake. Responsive staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. When elevators broke down on our second day, staff helped us with mobility issues by taking us to our 4th floor room via the service elevators.

There was neither air conditioning nor hot water on our first night due to building system issues. Fixed promptly by morning. Elevators broke down on the second day.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the added touch of a bed and a treat for our dog. He was very impressed :-)

I thought the water of the jacuzzi was rather cold

The pool was brilliant, just what we needed!Our room was cosy and comfortable with enough heating to dry swimsuits over night!

We would have liked more tea, coffee and milk in our room plus a few bisquits.Disappointed with the restricted meal menu’s both Christmas eve dinner and christmas day lunch. Just one set meal, take it or leave it!!The breakfast menue was very sparse with a limited choice for the price paid!

The premises seemed a little tired, with carpet stains, weeds on the balcony etc.When next door guests smoked on their balcony you could smell it in our room even with the door shut.

Spa facilities need improving. No changing areas, no direction given by staff on how to use.

Location, spa town and good rooms.Staff very friendly and helpful except evening meal in restaurant when staff were under pressure because they were too few, and sometimes grumpy. Others were very good.

Evening meal in restaurant. Complicated to understand and not enough choice. Often luke warm and a long wait to be served and in between courses.

Nice hotel with a fine view of the lake. Good sized bedroom. Comfortable bed. Staff on reception extremely helpful.

No shower attachment to the wall so had to hold the shower which means spraying water everywhere and is rather clumsy. Wife quality was ok but every single time you left the site it logged out and so, every time you next wanted to use either your phone or laptop you had to log back on: extremely annoying. Breakfast was not especially good and was understaffed so plates not promptly cleared and the two staff present were thoroughly hassled. For a hotel with such a site in a spa town, the ambience is a bit tired and extremely functional.

Excellent room with view from our balcony overlooking the lake. Very comfortable and clean with lovely bathroom. The hotel had a spa but we did not use owing to a one nigh stay. Evening meal was very good and breakfast fine but a little disappointing. Plenty of secure parking at rear of hotel and only a short walk into the town sightseeing.

The location is excellent and the views over the lake are beautiful. The staff are professional and courteous.

The air conditioning in our room barely worked which made the room stuffy.
