Mercure Cabourg Hôtel & Spa

when booking we were told kids stayed free when using the available beds. This was not true they moved us rooms and charged an extra 120 dollars a night. Parking was unavailable we had to park on the road.

Very professional staff. Amenities were above expectations. Great pool and sauna services . Room was well equipped with what we needed to enjoy our stay .

Really friendly staff . Serving food ends at 22:00 but we came late , still they served us and we're very welcoming

Staff friendly good facilities & perfect location for the town

The indoor swimming pool was a true plus.

There is no restaurant at the property. The main facility and the room in the main building was smelly even though the hotel tries to diffuse a perfume to cover the bad smell. The staff at the front desk criticized us for leaving the room 30 minutes after check out time, although he never called us in the room before or after check out time to let us know to leave the room at the very specific check out time. The rate was extremely high compared to the level of the hotel and the poor quality of service.

Kids play area,Friendliness of staffBreakfast options

The spa/pool is a little bit old-fashioned, not so fancy. But the staff was really nice and helpful and especially breakfast was excellent. If you visit this place, don´t forget to try the apple jam <3

Good facilities including good sized pool with lots of sunbeds. Room was quiet and comfortable including a bed that unlike so many hotels wasn’t too hard. Short drive into Cabourg where there is a good choice of restaurants.

Breakfast had a good selection but sadly the usual awful machine coffee. Lack of towels at the pool.

Great size pool, beautifully clean, water perfect temperature.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable and buffet breakfast had good choice of hot and cold options Centre was only a 10 min walk

Was expensive for what was a small double room with a bath with a shower over it- the bath sides were very high with no handle to help getting in and out

Plenty of parking, 15 minute walk to the centre of town, decent bar. Other facilities like the pool and gym which I did not use this time.

Breakfast was hit and miss; milk regularly ran out as did the OJ. Fruit salad was poor quality but breakfast did offer variety.

very nice hotel, very clean. installations are very good, the pool and the sauna area.

space in our room (5 people) was limited.

Swimming pool and Spa area are very nice. Good breakfast including good breakfast times. The kids room is quite helpful.. Fantastic view over the hippodrome.

All was good. Beds were a little soft but that’s really only individual.

Staff friendly and helpful arrived late and lady on reception helped me find food & beer

Pleasant

Decorated too darkly. Staff not very helpful. No restaurant for the evening.

Most things but missing a restaurant or the freedom to eat deliver food on the terrace/bar.

Lack of Resto, no need to charge rent on bathrobe x

Clean room good staff pity no racing o our second visit room looked right over the course

The weather

The breakfast was great, the pool area is good.

The pool water temperature wasn't at 29 degrees. Unfortunately wasn't properly clean the pool area.

bed, mattress, pillows, rainshower and spa area, saunas, but the pool (too many chlorine)

easy walk to the centre. amazing to see the racing.

a little expensive but the facilities are good.
