Pros +
- Best Ibis of our trip (out of 3). The reception staff were extremely helpful & kind.. The shower was big, comfortable, & had doors that didn?t let the water leak out everywhere. We loved it.
- customer service was great! Celine at check-in was fantastic and everyone in the morning at the desk or taking care of the breakfast area was super. It's things like that which make me a return customer.
- I loved the location . It is right on the port so you can easily see the fishing boats coming in and out. Very close to Omaha Beach as well.
Cons -
- The AC would kick off and on, but never really cooled the room. It truly felt like the heat was on in the hallways and when I said anything to the front desk they said they would take care of it
- Nothing!
- Not much. The one thing that let the hotel down was the bathroom which seemed to be a unit installed within the bedroom, but the fit was not perfect so the door would not close. Although it was a bit strange, the bathroom had everything one would need.

Very comfortable, pleasant and new hotel, with wonderful staff.
It is a great stop off the beaten path on the Normandy Coast. We Loved the location right on the working harbor! The hotel staff was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for restaurants near by.
Nothing!
Comfortable. Good location. Secure bicycle storage. Bar on site. I enjoyed the balcony.
We loved the location overlooking the fishing trawlers jostling for space in the harbour and just a happy walk along the quay to numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. The staff are efficient and cheerful, the public reception areas are well designed and comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had during our two-week tour. Our room was very comfortable and a reasonable size. There is car parking in front of the hotel but we were not very keen on getting mixed up with the trawler traffic so were pleased when we found the excellent carpark behind the hotel.

Clean. Courteous staff.
Don’t waste the extra money for a ‘Water view’. Unless of course you want to see a working commercial canal. They begin working at 3:30 AM.
The rooms were nice.
The poor cell reception and not being able to get an Uber. Very difficult to get into town if you are not driving. The taxi expense was out of my budget. I reached out multiple times via email asking about transportation . It would have been nice if I had been informed. When researching on my own I found that a bus came all the way to the hotel but it didn’t say it didn’t come often. Also, we arrived on a Monday and it was raining. I asked the front desk where I could go eat they pointed to the restaurants . They failed to inform us that they offered food at the hotel and that on Mondays restaurants closed early. So we walked in the rain looking for a place to eat. With it all being closed , we went to the super market and bought cold meets and bread. We sat at the dining tables to eat. The young man at the front desk explained that it wasn’t customary to bring your own food to the restaurant. It was until then that we were told they had an opened restaurant.
Staff was wonderful. Hotel is basic but clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
Would’ve been nice to have had hand towels (especially when there’s no wash cloths).
Nice clean hotel and room. Great location, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Merci beaucoup!
Great rooms, free parking and very nice friendly staff
Air conditioning! Breakfast was great. Beds were very comfortable and it was a peaceful evening. Our boys enjoyed watching the fishermen at the port. Easy trip to Omaha Beach.
Prefilled tea bags ☺️
The people at the reception were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable.
Location. Clean. Good breakfast.
We had two rooms and requested to be placed near each other well in advance of our arrival. This request was not honored and we were placed on separate floors. One of the rooms assigned to us had a guest already staying in it. Because the key was not working (likely because it was dead bolted from the inside) a hotel staff member unlocked the door with a master key rather than double checking the room was not assigned to another guest. My wife and young son entered the room to find a grown man sleeping in the bed. They eventually found an open room to place them in twenty minutes later and well after midnight. The following morning- while attempting to use the hotel iron a circuit breaker flipped and the electricity to this room was lost. The hotel staff was apologetic and offered free breakfast, but at this point frustrations were high. When we asked for help- we were told there was only one person on staff that morning who could not leave the desk during breakfast service. The hotel was full - on a busy holiday weekend and they only had one staff member on site? These type of errors are not accidental- they are indicative of systemic problems with hotel management and made us feel unsafe.
The property sits in the heart of the port and makes for fun mornings and evenings watching the fishing boats come and go! We loved how cool our A/C made our room and the rooms were quiet and comfortable! The staff are very friendly and spoke good English! Breakfast was good although you have bakery’s right down the road.
The only thing I didn’t like was how small the back parking lot is for larger cars and the path to get to the parking lot can be dangerous if two cars come head on as you can’t see around the corners very well at all. Some mirrors should be added for better visibility.
Location, friendly staff, and good breakfast variety.
Everything was good
We liked the location. Our room was overlooking the harbor. There was a parking lot behind the hotel. The breakfast was great as well.
We liked everything.
Huge room, great bathroom unit, comfortable bedding, great
Just the extractor in the shower was broken....
Pleasant quiet waterfront hotel (in the harbor) within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Good location to visit the D-Day monuments and museums by car or bicycle. Staff was friendly and rooms comfortable, large breakfast selection and convenient parking. Will return for sure
The beds were too short for me (I'm 2m tall)
