No available parking. Chech inStaff was sarcastic about it. Offered remedy was 300 meters away!!! With luggage, it was a ridiculous suggestion at best!!

No air conditioning in mid April and no coffee in room.

I felt interrogated for bringing a friend late in the night. They made me register my friend assuming he was gonna stay the night instead of asking. Not very professional to assume I didn’t need another key for my friend instead of asking.

Location! It is closed to train station, there is Huelva museum in front. Huelva is a small city, you can go anywhere by walking.Special thanks for the lady with big smile at reception( sorry forget her name), she is the best : speaks very good English, smiling face like sunshine. She helps us to keep luggage after check-out.

The wall is not isolated, TV noise from next door.

This hotel has everything. Great location only a short walk from the train station and just a few minutes from the centre, the museum, restaurants and an El Corte Ingles, The room was very spacious with an excellent balcony and view. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a great shower - everything worked perfectly. The desk, internet, safe and TV all worked well. The breakfasts were very tasty with lots of variety - I had it everyday there. And all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to unpack on Day 1 and live there for 7 days with no problems. Also, they give you a free drink for everyday that you don't need housekeeping, which is a great way to stop waste in hotels.Lastly, the city of Huelva is a wonderful place to spend several days to roam about, relax and enjoy

The car garage entry and exit system was slow and cumbersome.

Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and a good size. The only negative was that being British I would have liked a bath however the shower was a great size and excellent

Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Very spacious. The bedroom was also spacious with comfortable bed and access to a small balcony.The staff were excellent at reception, in the bar and at breakfast.It was my wife's birthday during our stay, and based on check-in details they recognised this and at breakfast brought a cake and candle. Then at early evening they came to our room with a complimentary plate of cheese and ham.

The walls were thin and so you could hear the TV from the adjacent room in the morning,

Food was fresh & adequate but the coffee machine left machine much to be desired. Also no black tea!!But otherwise good. Staff were really good!

Very good location, nice hotel, helpful staff especially receptionists and the waiters at the breakfast. Room service was good.

but several problems with the room we stayed. The room was smelling, the minibar was not plugged in ( apparently it was not checked), cleaning in the room was bad ( the telephone I believe was not cleaned for ages full of hair and dust) There was no complimentary water in the room the day we arrived.

We booked as it is advertised as dog friendly. There was an extra 25 euro per night for my very small dog . This was discounted when I objected. Most areas in the hotel were off limits to dogs. The room had a lovely balcony but no furniture to enjoy it and we were told none was available when we asked.

Cute and friendly receptionists, great location - 5mins from the city center by walking; you can park at the station with your car. Area feels safe. The room and bathroom were satisfying too :)

parking in the hotel is more expensive than at the station - that I found a bit strange.

Excellent breakfast, comfy bed and spacy rooms.

Terrible personnel. Only reception people speaking English, all the rest in a bar or so speaking only Spanish. Restaurant with two shifts - some extremely helpful, some extremely arrogant. Hotel is close to noisy street where every night drunk people are making mess.

Everything else . Rooms very basic . Not comfortable . Beds ok but pillows awful . Bathroom very basic . Poor towels and horrid soaps etc . No bath robes or slippers . Safe didn’t work . Balcony dirty and not that safe . Breakfast poor .
