Costa De La Luz

Great location. We couldn’t spend too much time there but it was all we needed. Clean bed. Spacious room. Big bathroom and 24 help at the desk.

Everything’s great, but we were very unlucky because there was a man in the room next to us who was snoring really loudly. We had to try sleeping with the radio on. And when the clock was 8am I was hoping he could wake up so I could get some sleep till 11.

Bathroom. I booked this room in order to take a bath, but there was no bath plug. When i went to ask downstairs at reception they said they couldn't help me because it was forbidden. I live in Isla Cristina for 3 months, only a shower there, so i was looking forward to take a relaxing bath but that could be dangerous they said. I will not return here. Apart from this it was all very good though.

Staff and location were good.

No heat in the room or hot water in the bathroom, also a very condensed space with noise from close adjacent rooms and hallway.

The bottom around the faucet was black with dirt.A cushion had an unpleasant smell..The iron was like burnt. I pointed it out, because I wanted to give a little better look to a dress. I never saw the iron again.

the reception let me check in early because the room was OK to check in.

l never lived such a smelly place in my life!when l checked in ,the room was very smelly and l opened the door and window,l thought it would be fresh when l back for sleeping ,but until night time l came back ,the room still smelly !l closed my door until 11.30pm and reopened my door at 2.00am－3.30am again ,and in the Morning when l woke up l immediatly opened my door again,l didn't close the window from checked in until checked out,l don't know there were how many days they didn't open the window,or nobody lived in,l hung my clothes in the room and l Have to wash them all after l left there ,It was just so worst experience ,l never wrote reviewing like this ,but l Have to tell you my feelings so you could decide ,l don't recommend here for you if you want to travel here.this 1.0 only for Reception.

The room has a lot of space. When travelling by motobike this is always useful. The location is very nice on walking distance from the pier.

The parking in Huelva got more complicated recently.

The hotel in located in close proximity to the center. There is parking nearby, which is paid.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay and the noise was terrible!

Proximity to the Huelva bus station and price.

Room was not available at expected check-in time.Room smelt of very strong smoke.Hairdryer had exposed electrical cable.Night shift staff member was rude.Undesirable guests which receptionist did not seem surprised by.Hotel is partially under construction.

Very good value for money. Handy for bus and train stations and town centre.

Cool lobby with workplace. Great staff and reception. They solved my problem and were helpful.

Bed bugs in the mattress. I had to go to hospital in the middle of the night.

Location ,facilities,cost and helpful 24 hr check in . This is a large older hotel but our room was clean ,quiet and perfect for an overnight stop on our bus and train journey through.

good location between railway and busstation. clean and comfortable. reception lady was extremely helpful when we had trouble with our Alsa coach tickets.
