Nice room, good value, close to train station

The room was very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We needed to park overnight, and had to figure that out on our own. Ended up getting a parking ticket.

Normal hotel, had the necessary things

Parking was terrible, more than 1km to park free. Every time we got out of our room it smelled like cigarette smoke, really a lot, and even sometimes in our room too. Breakfast is really basic. Only 1 small elevator but around 8 floors, so sometimes waited for around 10 minutes until the elevator would open with space for us to enter. For sure, not worth the price!

The location

We couldn’t connect to the wifi. It’s not even detected by our phones when in the room. We have to stand at the door or outside the room 501 so the phone can detect itNo parking at the hotel, we had to pay an extra to get a spot in a 3minutes away parking. It was hard getting to it with the suitcases and difficult to park when you have a big car….Everything in the breakfast was so COLD : eggs, croissant, chocolate roll, donuts, ….. The pastries and eggs are from the previous day for sure that’s why they were that cold. How can you heat and eat an egg if it’s cold?!The room 501 is next to the exit door so we couldn’t sleep in the morning because of the noise of the staff getting in and out the floor plus they put the plastic bags next to our doorNo water in the fridge

Standard hotel with necessary amenities.

Sometimes a smell of smoke in the room. Also the walls were very thin so we heard the noise from neighbors.

Close to the center and everything around can be done by walking.

The place doesn’t have windows in all the rooms so that’s something I always consider to have like natural light, this room did not had a window and it was weird feeling.

The bed was extremely comfortable! The room was clean and bright, and the staff were very helpful. Wifi was nice and fast. The location was close to the pedestrian area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Pretty standard modern hotel. Nice, spacious rooms, lift to higher floors, but steps to enter the building. Location is convenient with Huelva Museum just 2 minutes up the street. Very near a popular shopping and dining area centered on two parallel streets that meet in front of the Casa de Colon. The hotel has paid parking, but a cheaper alternative is adjacent to the train station, directly behind the hotel.

Some construction going on at the entrance and on some of the rooms on our floor, but that needs to be done to keep up quality.

Comfy clean, good location, value for money

Elevator button on 6th floor does not work well

We were only booked for one night but were let down the next by another property. The hotel staff booked us in for another night for the same Booking.com price. Very, very helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay there again.

No negatives at all.

Great location, lovely staff, fridge and everything you need. Maybe just maybe kettle in the room would be great? But there is restaurant, room service..so I actually didn't need it..

Location, cleaness, parking

Safe was left locked by a previous occupant, fixed next day by maintenance.Shower head only partially worked.

Location is very good, right in the city center. We got a map and good suggestion to explore Huelva from a nice front desk lady. The room was clean and the shower was great. Breakfast was also very good and the hotel carpark was easy.

Very good location. 5 min walk from railwaystation.

Big room but a bit damp. Maybe because of the heavy Rain. At least at the topfloor. If you have a sensetive nose ask for room futher down.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to the centre. Parking was possible on the road behind the hotel. The staff were helpful

All great staff, locations.We are traveling by e-bike and they have a space to keep it.5 min walk to the center. Super super!!!!

Excellent location, a quiet peaceful hotel, very clean with comfortable beds . Parking is very close to the hotel with a secure garage .

There was only one plug socket in the room which made it difficult to charge all electronic devices. Pillows were very hard.

Friendly, helpful, clean and quiet

Excellent location close to the city center. Very friendly familiar atmosphere and staff, evidently a "family-run" business as the name indicates. Comfy bed. From the client experience this compensates for the somewhat outdated room and deco style.

Heating/aircon made too much noise. Few plugs in the room.
