Adonis Gapotel

I was looking for a hotel to spend the night and this one was adequate. The location was away from the center of town but I didn't need to do anything except spend the night. The free wifi worked well and the free parking was convenient.

There was no air conditioning in the room. The windows in the room I got faced east and I arrived late in the afternoon, so there wasn't a LOT of heat in the room. If it had been a west-facing room, it might have been a very miserable night because there was a lot of sunshine and it had been quite warm that day. Considering the age of the hotel and no air conditioning, I felt it was a bit overpriced.

Kind of shabby, location

The hotel is reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. It's also conveniently located only about a 5 minute walk away from the train station.

Check-in quick and efficient

Everything else: Room was freezing cold. Very old furnishings of the lowest standard. Stained carpets and dirty nylon curtains. First room offered stank of stale cigarette smoke.

Good value, central location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Free parking. Supermarket close by.

Good location for travelling if you just want somewhere to sleep. Room was not air conditioned and no mosquito gauze/protection but they provided a portable ventilator if you asked. Clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was abundant.

Shower in bath not convenient for people with limitations of moment and bath was slippery.

The lady who checked us in was super attentive and went over and above to help us. Clean and comfortable room. No complaints at all and would stay again.

The swimming pool looks like it hasn’t been maintained for three years, the water was green and full of algea. Nice if you are a frog, but false advertising for humans.

Good hotel with good breakfast within easy walk into town. Lots of parking available. Staff were really great.

The shutter in my room would not open above 8 inches so the room was dark, hot and stuffy.The manager was rude and unhelpful when I arrived (at around 2pm on 12.9.23)

Breakfast great staff helpful rooms clean

Free parking, great breakfast. The price was the reason for us to book and you get what you pay for. The location was ok. 15-20 min walk to city center.

The room was old and had a funny smell but was overal clean.

Staff at reception when we arrived were extremely friendly and helpful. Easy location for a drive-through stop.

Building and rooms could do with some freshening up and TLC.

The receptionist, a blonde woman, was very rude. At first very good. She told me that I could park my motorcycle in the hotel parking lot. Free. Then she asked me if I want to include breakfast in the service and I said "no". Then she told me that I have to pay one euro for the tourist tax. I told her that I had booked by Booking and that the tourist tax was already included in the Booking price (in fact it was specified in the email that Booking sent me after the reservation). That's when she started to raise her voice and told me "Don't touch the banana". I asked her the reason for her anger and she just kept repeating "don't touch the banana. You need English classes." After clarifying the tourist tax and charging me the same price that was originally listed on Booking, I asked her if I could park in the hotel parking lot. Then she told me that the parking was not free, that I have to pay 5 euros per night. And she repeated "don't touch the banana" again. I don't understand how the hotel manager can put such a rude person in the reception.

Great hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable.
