Restricted car place to drop off lugguages but manageable .

Able to park motorcycle near front door. Lots of good charging options . Helpful and courteous staff

Outside of building looks rundown. Bathroom ridiculously huge

It was ok location.

We did not feel safe. We had a strange feeling. The door did not locked very well. The air condition in one room just broke when we turned it on. On the reception they didn’t answer me at 11pm. They ignored my message about the air condition. We stayed one night and would not stay a day more.

Bit strange black decor

There was a nice young man tho’ with little English at breakfast… It was poorly presented .. for example, a packet of bacon rashers were glued together without packet , of course & put into microwave! The white residue was still on them , presented on a plate for guests…!!!!!!He was doing hoovering while I ate… The coffee is not hot enough either! Not enough brown bread … !My room was ok, it was told to me at reception that I got what I paid for … a bit dusty on light fixtures & skirting…

There was nothing not to like .It would have been nice to have coffee making facilités in the room.

Location so central!

Bad (sometimes no) functioning of Internet on 5th floor, and this was known by management but not resolved. Bathroom was cold because toi much fresh air was coming from thé Booth, Bad smell in the elevator and ground floor, why?

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Allowed early check in and gave us an umbrella to get the bags from the car in the pouring rain. Family room was great as its two connecting rooms and a little hall. Would definitely stay again.

Room was modern and clean and had a very lovely design. Hotel is also right across the street from some lovely restaurants.

No private parking

Location was great, very close to the city and restaurants. Breakfast was yumm, products sourced locally. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Bathroom appeared to be have been newly refurbished. Good stay for one night.
