Comfortable room in a convenient location (a few minutes walk from the station). Very good breakfast.

The rooms are small but has everything you need. The bathroom probably one of the biggest. Water pressure was very good

One towel between two isn’t good enough. No kettle in room so couldn’t make a coffee. Very basic.

Clean, comfortable and just a short walk to the centre. Secure parking for a motorcycle, a good breakfast and on the signposted route to Grenoble.

Clean, friendly and helpful. Safe underground parking which is so important on a driving trip.

Rooms were OK, breakfast was basic but OK. Not restocked enough for hot food.

Check in member of staff was getting quite frustrated with us when asking were secure carpark was. Give us wrong directions which we followed. Returned to reception to be given same instructions but realised should have been turn right which we were OK with the mishap. It was the attitude of the staff member.However lady on reception on the morning could not have been any nicer!!

I guess the beds were comfortable let's say. The staff at the Reception and at the breakfast area were very kind, they are trying to keep this hotel floating... I have a few suggestions in the negative tab.

The rooms are too small and even though I knew this from other Ibis hotels, I am still shocked about it!The rooms are very very smelly... I am not sure how to describe the smell... like cows/sheep fur?!The hallway is narrow and dark in colours. Just gave me the creeps!This hotel needs a clean up, a good coffee machine at the breakfast area and please add some vegetables in the morning.

Menu not particularly exciting/Uninterested staff in the restaurant.

Central easy to find location.24-hour front desk.Loved the brie and dried fruit & nuts at breakfast .Clean.

Very small, basic rooms.Noisy aircon.Paid parking.Staff struggled to keep on top of things at breakfast : lacking plates & breakfast items.Poor value for money.

The room could have been a little larger but the design for its size was effective. Nice that the window opened.

The location is in Center but then Gap itself is a small town.The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.Clean bathroom, towels and bedsheets.

The room was really tiny barely space to put luggage and be able to move in the room.The carpeting needs a good cleaning and refresh, as it made the room feel stuffy and dusty.

We had a double room which was very small and cramped in the first place and then there was also a fold down bed in it which made it even smaller and unable to get out of bed easily at one side
