Great location, close to the city center, and especially convenient if you're traveling by car.

The facility was okay, but it could use some renovations, as it seems no updates have been made for quite some time. It’s fine for a short stay, but for a longer visit, I would expect more comfort in line with modern standards.

Advertised with a restaurant - with restaurant under major reconstruction and not available.Being on motorcycles, having an onsite restaurant is a major consideration for us.A bidet attached to the bath preventing easy access for a shower. The toilet isn’t even in the same room.Get rid of the bidet and install a decent shower hanger.

The restaurant manager told us how sorry he was as we were leaving as the rest of the staff was laughing at us .

The staff particularly the young woman registering the customers was not professional. There was a problem with my credit card, it wasn't declined but could only be accepted like an online purchase and for that I was treated like a criminal by this young lady. She took a picture of mu IDs and told her college that my card had been declined and that I had insulted her in English , another lie. She basically escorted to the room and as I was leaving shouted in Arabic something I would not repeat because it is used by terrorists.

It’s a dated hotel with very aged rooms and amenities. We had an emergency and had to book something very fast, and this place was available quickly.

GAP was a nice surprise.

When we arrived we were told that the pool was under renovation. It would have been appropriate to warn earlier.

Don't go there. Most of the photos in the description must be years old. I booked a room with a balcony. I got a ugly room at the end of the building Walking around the hotel, I saw no balcony at all. The swimming pool - saw no sign, no trace of it. Same for the Minigolf (not that I cared). The tennis court exists, but hasn't been used for years. I spend the evening sitting outside - the room was too depressing. If all experiences with booking would be like this, noone would use it. Booking should send someone and have them post updated pictures. It's a cheap hotel, sure, but why pretend it's a nice cheap hotel.
